Our cocktails were a lot of fun. I discovered here the Don Papa rum, which is from my home country of the Philippines, where I didn't even know they made rum. It was sweet and smooth; I wish I could remember which house cocktail I had them sub it in for. I do think the dal makhani could have done with several more hours of simmering, but most restaurants do a quick cook on this favorite lentil dish of mine. Like a lot of Munich, Madam Chutney is dog-friendly. My friend's 70-pound dog, Lola, made us a whole table of friends! I was stunned the wait staff was tolerant of it.

He said we can stay there just for an hr only as the table is reserved! Since we didn't want to go else since it was raining so we decided to stay. He sets up a table and disappears. He showed up when my little kid was having her own water! And he came to stop that saying outside food wasn't allowed! So I told him to go get us a bottle. The food was really good unfortunately besides the attitude. Then comes the owner who seems nice, I casually asked is it a busy day and he says no not at all. Apparently no one showed up at our table until 10:30pm!! Then comes the desert which was kulfi but turned out be rock solid and stale. Now it's the owners turn to refuse to accept that it's old and rocky!!?? Something strange with this people seriously. Poor chef stuck at a wrong place. Go there for food, and ignore the nonsense around. Don't talk or engage with the people...it's good for you.
