Vanessa worked with me to get everything going then the dentist came over. He didn't formally introduce himself, but other than that he was professional and handled a complication that came up quite well. He made sure I was good and numb (and did an excellent job distracting my mouth so the injections didn't hurt as much). Afterwards he showed me an x-ray to confirm that I was all clear. I want to note that I was extremely nervous and after the local anesthetic was administered I starting panicking. After I expressed this to Vanessa, she really went out of her way to make sure I was doing okay and to talk to and distract me. I can't even say how significant this was for me, especially when the complication came up. I'm so grateful that she was there. Jessica assisted us as well and was great too. As I left, I couldn't really talk, but the ladies up front were really patient with me typing out questions on my phone. I paid out of pocket and the feel that the prices were pretty reasonable.

Eight... they have an amazing text system that lets you know a week In advance of your appointment and then the day before your appointment. This is a great feature. Nine... it's usually noted that insurance doesn't cover everything for teeth but when there is going to be a bill everything is explained with all options and choices of different choices.
