His current teachers in Toddler 3, Miss Tara and Miss Kaya are so attentive and keep the children engaged with many fun. creative learning activities! He enjoys interacting with his friends and other teachers that he's had since he started at little sprouts as an infant! We love that he loves it there and it shows that everyone there loves him and cares about his learning and development! we are truly thankful for you all!

I was petrified to send her to another school after the stuff we dealt with at our previous facility. Our daughter was placed in the transition room with Miss Brittany and Miss Alannah. I've never met kinder, more honest and genuine people than those two women. My daughter adores them. She recently moved on to a preschool class room and still stops by her old classroom to look for them. She's absolutely loving her new classroom too. She tells us about the songs and crafts she does every night during dinner. Our 6 month old started in the infant 1 room about a month and a half ago and she genuinely gets so excited when she sees her teachers at the door every morning. It's incredible piece of mind for a mom who is afraid to leave her kids. I don't know what we'd do without them all.

Tiny Footprints Preschool - Halloween is a special day for the children in our care. We dress up and do parade around the neighborhood.

Kate, the owner of Tiny Footprints taught at my preschool in Cambridge (Orchard Street Preschool)…read morefor many years. She was hands down the best teacher we've ever had. She is a kind and gentle with a sensitivity towards children. She's innovative in her approach and comes up with wonderful art and circle ideas for the children. She makes sure there's a good mix of structure and unstructured time and always made sure all the children were well fed and clean. She will work hard to provide your child with love and support, and give your child the best care possible.

As a teacher, integrating education into our days is very important to me, so I'm always working in different learning opportunities. For example, we do science experiments (like getting caterpillars and watching them transform into butterflies!), and I like to incorporate different languages into our lessons and songs to celebrate other cultures. My favorite activity is actually doing puzzles with the children. It's fun, educational, practices hand-eye coordination, and is a great opportunity to be on their level and connect with them. Of course, circle time is also special, when I get to know each one of them personally. I think parents often have the idea that a high-quality child care program has to have a lot of fancy equipment. But the value of the program is really in the educators themselves. I am a professional teacher, and I draw on decades of experience when running my program. There's a lot that goes into teaching and child care that isn't always obvious at first glance, and it definitely isn't as simple as having the latest toys or technology.
