I was on site maintenance for these eight years. The new owner, Yury, alluded that he wanted to hire me. Then next thing I know his portfolio manager comes up with a nasty attitude and says they want me off the lease. Stating also that I had to follow the rules and not being specific about what rules that I am violating. Nor even giving a list of rules. My lease was good until January. Said we could stay if we signed a new lease. He barged into my backyard weed whacked the grass as well as my daughter-in-law's garden and half of my raspberry bushes that I've had there for 8 years. And then he started eating my raspberries and my blueberries. To me that is stealing food from my grandchildren's mouth. And he tells me that the old owners advised him not to hire me. The old owners have been my landlord's for 15 years as I was a tenant on another property before I went to take care of my father. And the old owners have been my friends for almost 20 years. This lie that Yury told cost me so much emotional distress it put me in the ER thinking I was going to have my fourth heart attack. His management company is called Quantum. They harassed me into giving a 30 day notice under duress because my daughter-in-law's signature was not on the lease and they said they had to raise the rent to put her own.

Management is not allowing her neighbors to hold a get together to celebrate her life in the Clubhouse as it would disrupt tours for potential residents to see said Clubhouse. MG and Russellville Management only care about your rent and not you or the community. They are greedy and heartless. They don't care about a tenant that lived here 17 years...why would they care about you as a new tenant?

We lived in our unit for 3 years. When we moved in, they told us they could have replaced the…read morecarpets but decided they were OK and had normal wear and tear. We just moved out to last month and received notice in the mail that the carpets were replaced due to pet urine smell... we have no pets. Overall living there was fine for the price it was when we moved in. The apartment was generally fine when we arrived but the mold in the window sills had been painted over which caused a constant struggle of cleaning the mold off the window as well as the windows did not close all of the way, when we brought this to the attention of management they told us to close the uncloseable windows and keep them clean- offering no other way of killing the mold. A month after moving out my chronic headaches are gone. The showers turn pink due to likely old pipes and require bi weekly cleaning to maintain. The landscaping is well maintained. Maintenance team has always been very helpful. Even with frequent changes in management within our 3 year stay. Management generally answers their emails but often doesn't know who you are. The pool is nice but the "gym" could use some updating as rent prices continue to increase. For the time being it was a good place for us to live but we felt we could get more for our money as rent became comparable with other places that offered more/better amenities and less busy neighborhoods.
