First off, It was not explained by Dr. Sharon Garcia that In order to stay on birth control, I would have to talk to the other doctor who is a male. Some people may be uncomfortable speaking to a male about women issues like birth control, like I was. Went here in 2020. Now had one consultation regarding birth control, and he was pleasant, and seemed to listen, so that's one good thing, however I was still uncomfortable talking to him. The final consultation was following up on my ACSUS result of the pap smear. First off, I didn't attend the consultation because I knew I was going to be recommended for a colposcopy, and my choice was to wait to see if the results clear on its own. After all, sometimes simple things like swimming can cause cell changes. Second off, upon research on my own ACSUS can be normal or abnormal- meaning unsure/unclear results. Third, the doctor used this as an cancer scare. Fourthly off, a colposcopy can often lead to a biopsy with a speculum, and I cried and don't really like the speculum at all, especially given that i cried because it hurt. Finally, in my records IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS was " refused doctor's advice". Also not sure if this was just the office or him, but the office kept calling me and pressuring me to make an appointment, when I said that I will call if I have problems. Even sent me a letter in which I ripped up. I felt disrespected and distrusted by him. Got my records from him and the office smoothly, and will never again go to the gyno. Don't recommend.

I'd go electronic billing if they had some sembelence to the mailed bill. Pay a co-pay when checking in - the receipt is complete vague - no notation that it is a co pay. A NEVER listen the doctor..... when the clerk is asked to add a notation to the receipt - seems fear sets in not allowed or able to do that. These people are totally tone deaf to the customers concerns. They only sample customer satisfaction for 5 star practitioners. Guess they are chasing only favorable surveys. If my doctors were at a different company - look out I'd be gone from CRHC in a flash. Lots of excuses - no results !! They love to pass the buck " Oh, that's another department......" I've written dr teitlebaum several times with no results or the courtesy of a return call. They seem to be more interested in $$$$$$$, seems to be a high turn over - not at all impressed. I bet they pay the lowest in the industry.

So even though I live in Middletown, I always come here when I need to get blood work done. When she's not there, I want to cry because I know I'll end up getting stuck all over!
