They identified the issue, got medication to pharmacy within 15 minutes and i was on my may. I have been back several times and always the same positive experience. I had surgery, and when I called at midnight on a Saturday with a post op concern, I spoke directly with Dr. N. He actually remembered the details of my surgery a full 10 days later!
