Dropped off three dogs with clear instructions about what I wanted for each. The boy dog looks as if they just bathed him. No hair pulled from ears, looked very shoddy. I wanted him to look groomed. My girl dog was to be
1 " long, top knot left and Ears left long ,Full groom. She got Her ears cut, the bottom of her legs were belled and she is about 3/8" long. My sister cried in the car at her maltipoos hair. , she was to have short ears, Hair left longer so curls would show and ball left on top, and cuffs around bottom of legs. She has long ears, her hair is about 1/4" Long all over, no cuffs on legs and her hair on top is gone. Once the hair is cut they cannot reattach, but come on, you asked for instructions and then completely ignore them. It was 150$ not well spent. I regroomed them today to try and salvage what I could. So disappointing when we have a dog fashion show this coming weekend! Never again! read more
