Terrible experience!
with 10 years of experience in costumer service I can say this the the worst experience I've ever had in a hairdresser.
Went in for a treat as baby number 2 is coming soon and no only had 0 attention from my hairdresser but the end result of my new hair style was very disappointed so i ask for the colour to be fix from a pink (i dint ask for) to a more darker-plum and when i asked if there was going to be a charge for the fix (no expecting to be one) she check with a guy witch i think is the manager to tell me it will be for free, to my surprise I come next day to get my hair colour change and quickly got approached by this no very nice manager telling me there was a mistake on the quotation and I should had been charge more so if i wanted my hair to be WHAT I ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE, I had to pay more... So from there it didnt got really nice the man was totally rude to me no even considering that I'm ready to pop and as I'm very hormonal and sensitive, crying wasnt easy to control while trying to save my self from an obvious unfair situation. All I wanted to do was to get my hair the colour i asked for in the first place but in the end i just waisted £68 in a bad hairstyle and TERRIBLE costumer service. But something is for sure, you only need one unsatisfied costumer to many people to know about the bad experience. read more
