We met for a consultation before hand to see how he played. It was very thorough. From the moment we walked in the door we were sold. No smell- spic and span clean- and the staff was very nice to us. Drop off was a breeze and upon pick up he was his usual boisterous happy self. They also have a dog wash you can wash your pup yourself. We did this as with a wheaten who has a big beard- he tends to get the kisses and such of the other dogs concentrated in his beard and needed a rinse. We do doggie day care at home weekly and if we lived here findlay would be a frequent flyer here. These people have their stuff together and know how to run an establishment in their industry. We will be back!!!

I was apprehensive about hiring a service (and essentially a stranger) into my home while we're away, but I couldn't be happier with our decision. It's been a great experience from first contact. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and accommodating. We were put in touch right away with our sitter (Heather - she is so amazing) and she came by so we could get to know her and she could meet our dog. Now, whenever she comes by, she texts us an update on what she did and how our puppy is doing and even snaps a pic for us. It feels good to see our puppy playing and happy while we're gone. They're also flexible with their services. We got our dog sooner than expected and they were able to start early, no hassle. I could not recommend this business enough. Trusting someone with your pet and your home is a pretty big thing, but I feel confident leaving both in the hands of our Fetch sitter. Thanks Heather, and Thanks Fetch!

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. At our initial consult we met with the head vet/owner as well as with Laura, and I was VERY impressed with the doctor's down to earth attitude and her demeanor with our dog who had been through A LOT before we even got there! After several months of twice a week PT, we were very familiar with the staff. Everyone here is very friendly, kind, and caring! We have since used them for several routine visits for more than the dog that needed PT, and an emergency as well. They don't overbook - we were told they always leave a few slots open for emergencies - which is as it should be - but isn't at very many vets nowadays. We've seen a few different doctors here, and each was great! Finally, the prices are reasonable! Vets aren't cheap, but many places charge much more - I've been a dog and cat owner for longer than I care to admit on Yelp, so I feel as though I've got a solid basis for being impressed with Twinbrook. I've been to many vets over the years, and several in the past couple after our last vet of 15 years was bought by a big corporation. We are no longer looking for another vet we can trust - we found one!

I have used their grooming service half dozen times. Won't go back. They said at visit 3 that my dog really loved the bathing/grooming process so I don't think she's the issue, but the cuts are terrible. I have had to cut long straggling pieces on the throat, face is cut obviously different on left vs. right side. If I can see this, shouldn't the groomer be able to? I was informed that an apprentice groomer was doing the work but only under supervision of a senior groomer. Not sure senior person has any involvement. Costs are high. When I asked about why $5 more every visit, they said it depends on length of hair. Last two times I asked for just a slight trim - price still at the highest rate so that doesn't fit. The staff are kind and friendly, but the result is a poor cut that costs more than my own haircut. Have to try elsewhere.
