Heredity and old age aren't on my side. He did a deep cleaning on almost nonexistent 4 quadrants, and the best part, if you ever think there is one, is the needles didn't hurt much at all and the numbness left shortly after I did. I couldn't have been happier about those shots. He is extremely competent at what he does, with no messing around. He's professional to the point that almost made me uncomfortable but I understood where he was coming from. He told me to stop talking so he can get to work. I had to chuckle when he told me that but I did stop talking. I don't have any real dental insurance, so it was pretty costly for me but I that's what charge cards are for. If you need a Periodontist, Dr Zakaria has to be one of the best around. He also does implants.

For example, today, I had someone named Melanie who called me, she was very abrupt and rude on the phone and she was in person as well. I recall the last time I came in scolded me for being 10 minutes late which made me want to look elsewhere for a dentist closer to my home since there are dental offices everywhere however I've stuck with them. I know quality office personnel with customer service skills can be hard to find but I do think sometimes their staff need to be reminded that it's easy for a customer to change providers and customer service still matters.

Went to have it refilled and now it's chipping off and very irritated and giving me throbing nerve pain sensations. I called for an xray for 2 days and the desk person trying to schedule me 10 days out from yesterday (11/7). I can't go on 10 more days in this discomforting state. Whats even more terrible is that the manager has yet to call me to get my xray scheduled. I'm blocked out of other Dental work locations unless Canton approves my appointment transfer. This is bad business. Poor communication! And a total disregard for patient concerns. My current issue was caused by this dentist office.

When my daughter was examined years ago, they diagnosed her with nine cavities. Her regular dentist found only three. More troubling was my own experience. In two thousand seventeen, I paid ten thousand dollars to have eight caps installed on my front teeth, replacing laminates I had worn successfully for twenty years without a single problem. Since then, I've returned approximately twenty times because these new caps repeatedly fell off. Each time, they attempted to charge me fifty dollars to reattach them, only backing down when I voiced my concerns firmly. The replacement cap they eventually installed doesn't even match the color of the original seven. My dentist was Doctor Julie. She was always friendly at first, but the moment I asked whether I would be charged for replacing the cap, her demeanor changed and she became rather ugly. Most recently, I underwent a root canal so they could place a utility cap on my tooth. However, when I came in for that procedure and also asked them to glue back on another cap that had fallen off, I complained about the situation. Rather than help me, Contemporary Dentistry refused to place the utility cap and told me to go somewhere else. This office shows a pattern of substandard work, repeated failures, and an unwillingness to stand behind their dentistry or support their patients. I recommend that everyone stay away from Contemporary Dentistry. They will cost you money and give you no good

My wife sat down, but suddenly another employee came from the back and told her that if she wanted to wear a mask, she had to wait in the hallway. My wife ended up telling them that if that's how they wanted to treat people, she was leaving and would not give them her business. I don't understand why the hell they still require their patients to wear a mask. I haven't been to any place in the last few months that requires wearing a mask. We are definitely never going back to this office.
