Response to my appointment requests has been fast. Time is taken to respond to any and all questions. They all respect my digging in and doing my own research before seeing them. My most recent experience was in Physical Therapy, and it was great! Elisa built a home stretching and exercise program for me and worked with me to integrate it into my daily routine. My first TKR recovery went well and at 8 weeks I was back to work with no restrictions! The second TKR went even smoother than the first. This is causing an inconvenience for my work as I had to put in time to takeoff for these appointments. In addition I had to come back into the office just to get the reading of my blood results which was another payment of over $100. Not sure why I could not just get a phone call to let me know what the results were as my previous positions have done in the past this is the first that I've been charged for a follow up from any of my physicians.
