This office has already canceled on her once with less than 24 hours' notice, which was frustrating and inconvenient--but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, after driving over 40 minutes to the appointment, we were told she could not be seen unless she left a credit card on file. This was never mentioned over the phone when the appointment was confirmed. My mother, understandably, declined due to her credit cards being recently compromised at another medical facility. Instead of showing understanding or flexibility, they demanded a $100 cash deposit just in case of a future no-show. She didn't have $100 cash, and they refused to provide her with care. Shockingly, there was another woman in the office at the same time who was also denied care for the exact same reason. Denying patients--especially those in pain and with valid insurance--due to arbitrary financial policies that weren't disclosed in advance is unethical and deeply concerning. To make matters worse, this office has the audacity to enforce strict no-show penalties while canceling on patients themselves with less than 24 hours' notice. The double standard is unbelievable. We will be filing formal complaints with the state medical board and the Attorney General's office. No patient should be treated this way. This office is a clear example of what's wrong with parts of our healthcare system: prioritizing financial policies over compassion and care.

I went as a new patient to establish primary care, after filling out all paperwork the receptionist told me it would be $200, which completely caught me off guard I declined the appointment (after the receptionist confirmed multiple times it was because of my insurance) they charged me a $50 cancellation fee. In my car, I reviewed my insurance and the appointment should have been at no cost to me per my insurance. The office staff was extremely unprofessional when trying to sort the situation and their only solution to me would be to see the doctor so they could refund my $50. I declined. This place is obviously going to charge you for absolutely everything they can, I 'd advise to be cautious when making appointments here.

When I arrived for my very first visit, I was under the impression that I would meet with the doctor. Dr. Moss never made his presence known during my visit, which is a big red flag. I only met with one of the physician assistants and an account manager who attempted to schedule me for three different procedures to be done all at once. There is no way that I would proceed with a procedure with a doctor who could not be bothered to meet with me on my very first visit! Do you think I would be willing to meet this doctor for the very first time right before a procedure started? Without a consultation and not knowing his bedside manner? No way!
