This office has already canceled on her once with less than 24 hours' notice, which was frustrating and inconvenient--but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, after driving over 40 minutes to the appointment, we were told she could not be seen unless she left a credit card on file. This was never mentioned over the phone when the appointment was confirmed. My mother, understandably, declined due to her credit cards being recently compromised at another medical facility. Instead of showing understanding or flexibility, they demanded a $100 cash deposit just in case of a future no-show. She didn't have $100 cash, and they refused to provide her with care. Shockingly, there was another woman in the office at the same time who was also denied care for the exact same reason. Denying patients--especially those in pain and with valid insurance--due to arbitrary financial policies that weren't disclosed in advance is unethical and deeply concerning. To make matters worse, this office has the audacity to enforce strict no-show penalties while canceling on patients themselves with less than 24 hours' notice. The double standard is unbelievable. We will be filing formal complaints with the state medical board and the Attorney General's office. No patient should be treated this way. This office is a clear example of what's wrong with parts of our healthcare system: prioritizing financial policies over compassion and care.

In my car, I reviewed my insurance and the appointment should have been at no cost to me per my insurance. The office staff was extremely unprofessional when trying to sort the situation and their only solution to me would be to see the doctor so they could refund my $50. I declined. This place is obviously going to charge you for absolutely everything they can, I 'd advise to be cautious when making appointments here.

There is no way that I would proceed with a procedure with a doctor who could not be bothered to meet with me on my very first visit! When I asked them about why I hadn't been called back after nearly 30 minutes passed from my appointment time, they had an attitude about "not rushing the provider" while telling me I had to continue to waste my day at an office when I showed up on time for my appointment. Unprofessional from both the staff and the provider to accuse someone of assault and violent behavior when that is not what happened. Don't come unless you want to be accused of a crime by the office manager and the front desk staff for giving them the same attitude they gave you to begin with.
