Connie has inspired us to keep believing in ourselves, in each other and our marriage. I call her a mechanic of the mind. She has given me so many valuable tools to handle the situations life has thrown my way. Connie has created a safe place where I can be vulnerable and go deeper into my feelings and feel my emotion. I have gained valuable insight to myself and I have grown to greatly appreciate her and our time together. I commend the work that is done by all of the counselors and staff at the Human Connection. Eric has done a great job putting together a powerful team that is there to offer a variety services and unconditional support. It is obviously the…read morework of a person who was told the hard truths of reality and not the sugary pablum they had hoped for. Their stated experience of many other counselors shows their unwillingness to listen, reflect , and change behaviours. As both a trained counselor and one who is counseled by Connie I can state without reservation that she is not only professional and learned in her practice, but brings an incredibly high level of intelligence and empathy to her sessions. Her ability to both see the objective truth in a person and situation and then accurately relate such revelations is unsurpassed. She is able to balance clinical objectivity with humanistic compassion which allow for her to be truly heard and thereby understood by those she counsels. Speaking both for myself and another I fully endorse Connie and her practice and remind all that one only gets out of such endeavors as much as one puts in. I highly recommend Connie to anyone with questions and or difficulties in their personal lives as well as their relationships; basically, all of us.

My appointments were the most relaxed thing about my week. During my first appointment, I had high hopes, received a massage and went on my way.. I could not stand up by the end of the night. I was in so much pain! I figured it was supposed to be that way and continued going. They only tried to ease the symptoms and not to heal the root cause of my pain. They would start late on me (and not just a few minutes) the longest I waited for after my time was 15 minutes and then they stuck me in their dance room with a mirror and used a massage gun on me the whole time, the owner telling me, they overbooked.. Not only did they start late most of the time but would release me early from the appointment. This happened time and time again. I am disappointed in myself for going back. I know they took advantage of me and it is so disheartening... I ended up going to the YMCAs physical therapy.

The doctor I've seen (Crane) is patient, has a very pleasant bedside manner, and took time to answer my questions, which is better than previous "rotating doorway" practices I've gotten care. He has run pretty late on an occasion recently, but I take it as an exchange for the amount of time I got to spend with the doc. They might benefit from spreading their patients out a bit. All in all, smart, reliable docs (at least the one I saw) and helpful staff equals an operation I will definitely return to.
