Instead they put one pup in a kennel or room by itself unattended all day because they don't want to deal with the issue. There is rust and sharp metal everywhere in and on the building, the fences and falling apart and low enough for dogs to jump over. None of the staff had any professional training whatsoever. While I was there I noticed the turf/grass the yards have are torn up and have huge holes where the dogs will eat gravel and no one does anything to fix the holes. The buildings are run down and leaking with holes in the walls and paint peeling enough that I've seen dogs eat the paint. I do not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the wellfare of their pets and doesn't want to pay a massive vet bill.

On my previous trip, the one cat I did not want to let out out of the house, they did. The worst part was, they didn't even know it. This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

Heidi was wonderful with her. She was even thoughtful enough to turn her generator off before bringing Callie out to the van, so that it wouldn't scare her. And, she's also owned by a great pyrenees, so she loves and understands the breed! Callie got the full groom (bath, de-shed/de-mat, haircut, nail trim and ear cleaning). My husky gets a bath, de-shed, blow out and nail trim. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of her work and customer service is top notch! I just cannot say enough positive things about Heidi and Coat of Many Colors Mobile Dog Grooming!

We had a fantastic experience with Scent Hound! From the first phone call, I was able to address…read moreall my concerns with our three large dogs, which had never been to a groomer before. They reassured me and provided me with all the information I needed. They were to accommodate all three dogs for the same time slot so they could stay together. We personally couldn't get two of our three dogs to be comfortable with us cleaning their ears or teeth, and I couldn't clip their nails due to a lack of hand strength. I was very concerned about our one dog because he is a rescue, and we have no idea about his background. They reassured me that they would take all the time needed for them to feel comfortable. The day I went in, I answered any questions they had and brought the craziness. They were excited to see the dogs and loved on them as they took them back. When I came back, the dogs were nice and clean and happy to see me. They told me they had everything done and added some flea treatment for us since they had found a few during the bath. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked that all the dogs were cooperative and finally cleaned up. They all looked and smelled great. We will definitely be back. They are the only ones I trust to do this for our dogs and for a fantastic price! Can't ask for anything better! Great experience For reference, the dogs are (65 lbs, 70 lbs, and 90 lbs)
