She screamed at me and said that's not their policy. I said then I want my money back she said I can't do that. I left very upset. The next day my husband and I went back. We literally took 2 steps in the door and she screamed at me and said I told you yesterday that I couldn't do anything for you . My husband said the receipt said we had 7 days she retorted THAT'S NOT OUR POLICY ! We all started hollering and she said we were in her personal space and she was calling the sheriff. We were on the other side of the counter! She kept repeating this so we left. THIS is customer service ? This girl needs to be fired! We will never go back to the Fairborn store again. We've talked to another Cricket store on Wilmington and that nice young man said he will do anything we need. By the way we are elderly people. She really does need to be FIRED !!!

Orchardly Park is an excellent park for kids of all ages! I took an almost one-year-old baby here today. It is only street parking, but there were plenty of spots. The park has many trees, so there were spots of shade for us to rest. Many kids were playing at the park! But we played in the sand and used one of the many baby swings! This park is so much fun for kids of all ages! I brought a baby that's walking with assistance, and she had a blast! Other kids seemed to love running around and then cooling off in the splash pad. My almost 4 year old grandson really enjoys riding his scooter and his balance bike (with no pedals) all through the neighborhood. We went out several times to do this and his favorite destination was to go to Wedgewood Park. It's a small community park that we can access at the end of a dead end street. Cars can also drive to it. There is a decent size parking lot and a jungle jim with 3 different size slides, tennis courts, soccer field and a swing set with both baby and kid size swings. Until recently the swing set and jungle jim were closed off due to covid-19. The park is seperated from the nearby homes by a cluster of trees. This park is a new favorite of ours. It's big and has lots to do. Also, a different selection of…read morestructures than we've found on other playgrounds. Probably the most unique thing is what my husband calls the zip line. I've frequently found the handle bar you hang from and whiz across a level bar about 7 ft. Long. This is a similar idea. But instead of a handle bar, there is a long pole with a circular seat at the bottom. This seat hangs about a foot and a half from the ground. Depending on height, size, age, ability you can decide to either sit or stand on this seat. My two year old boy sat on it with no problem. But considering my large belly getting in the way, I decided to stand. Anyway, this thing is twice as long as any other I've seen! And it's like a very wide "V" shape. So it gives to momentum in the first half to make it back up through the second. So fun!! Other unique attractions include a SUPER long slide (not actually very steep, but at the top of a hill and quite long - some families bring paper to sit on in order to slide faster), statues of large turtles and one of those large disc swings. Such a fun place! I take my boy here when we're in the area.

Could it use some updates, sure, but I'm sure Kettering is getting there. The front of the park is a skate park and the back has a playground, path, disc golf course, picnic shelters, and a pond. The park also leads you to the Kettering Rec Center. I love that the park is rubber mulch. I also like the really cool and unique play structure. I do not remember the pond being so big so I feel like that has had an upgrade in the last few years. It looked nice. I'm not sure if you fish there or not. I do think they need to figure out how to get bathrooms back near where the shelters and playground are because if not you are walking up to the way front. The paths are in nice condition and connect to the neighborhoods for longer walks or runs.

Parking right by the park can be tight, but you have a bigger lot across the road. This park also have a lot of baseball and softball fields plus soccer areas. They are all well maintained. The bathrooms all over the park are nice and clean. They have a really nice paved path that goes from the front of the park to the back sports fields. They also have a wetland path that connects to the other wetlands in the area. We just started playing more regularly on the baseball fields in the back and they are nicely maintained. Lots of sitting options including benches and bleachers. Overall a really great park.
