My mother used Mike's pump to install a pump they re-built. After only 2 years, it went out. I…read moretold them it was the pump. Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. Highly recommend you read the other unfavorable reviews.

The problem occurred with the office staff not getting him the message, ghosting us, and therefore we had to go to an outside company to finish the project regarding this rain sensor that was part of our original contract with SO- FLOW Irrigation. Hoping this was an aberration in professionalism, and that Chad will deal with his office staff to get the customer satisfaction rate up to his level of performance in the field.
