We ended up ordering two burgers as the place is named after burgers and blues (nice to hear a Muddy Waters tune coming by as well) - both Bourbon and Downtown burgers were delicious, had a REAL angus Pattie (and that was appreciated by our tastebuds), a nice bun that could be compacted to edible proportions (we have seen way a lot worse in our lives) and all the fixings were fresh. Oh yes, we added an order of fried pickles but did not expect a full-size order, still yummy but hard to stop.... lastly, we ordered the fried apple pie and a coffee to hold us over. Success on that one, that cake is downright dangerous as you cannot eat stop eating it. TOP stuff. Ambiance? The beef was high quality, seasoned well and juicy. The only improvement would have been a big more mustard and toppings (onions and pickles). Even so, it was a very good burger.
