We chose a luxury vinyl plank from Shaw, It looked so much like wood that many of our guests leaned over to touch it. It was a fantastic beach look, and fit our style perfectly. We could not be happier with the durability of the product or the customer service we received from Carpet Impressions. They also treated us very well on pricing. Overall I would recommend them to anyone with the flooring needs. New structure or remodel. Ours was a complete flip, and the flooring became the star of the show! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The prices have been good. But this last time, the customer service was so terrible. I hired help to come with a truck and trailer to load up my carpet and drove 40 minutes to get here. We arrived half an hour before their closing, but they refused to give us our product because they would have to stay late. So I had to return empty handed and pay the same truck and trailer to come back the following day. They refused to make the cuts that my carpet installer needed and made us make our own cuts. When we did so, we found that they didn't sell us the amount of carpet we paid for. The workers on the floor admitted the mistake but said it was the fault of the front desk lady (who was not present the second day), and because the carpet was cut, it was our responsibility. I have more flooring to purchase, but I'm done with these guys. Not helpful at all.

After installation it showed every vacuum pass and footprint. Our 10-pound cats leave actual pawprints and furniture, even light chairs, leave permanent indents all the way to the backing. The seaming is poor and in one room the sections do not run the same way due to "a measurement error". Other seaming is not flush. After sending photos, I asked for the sales associate and the manager to observe the properties in person because I was told that "photos can be inaccurate". After six months both have not visited the installation site. My experience was poor sales advise, poor carpet quality, poor installation and poor follow-up. Do not believe their online guarantees which are simply there to get you in the door.
