Then we asked if we can send him some pictures so he can give an estimate over the phone. After sending the pictures, we followed up with 2 calls, left 2 voice messages. Also sent him another text trying to get a reply from him. Never heard back from him. Does he expect people just hiring him without knowing how much it would cost??? He mentioned that they will fix those but didn't really happen. I gave another project which was the floor. Paid him all the paint job and all the material plus some labor for floor. Paid to replace kitchen lighting which didn't get completed. Unfortunately, the delays started. No answer on phone calls from reasons such as he said he didn't pay his phone service and then getting sick. Then finally no response at all. Now I'm left with half baked floors. I have other pictures I sent him and he mentioned that they will fix. This is sad because I think he was a nice person including Mark. I thought of giving them more projects and build trust.
