    When I first arrived inTucson from Northern New Mexico, I had no idea how to deal with my Medicare…read more Through an internet search I found Medicare Solutions (which was a different name at the time). They were a godsend. They researched my own situation (I have Parkinson's) then presented me with several insurance options. No pressure. They let me decide on my insurance provider. Since then every year they contact me to decide anew on the policy I have. They are and continue to be a great assistance to me and I thank them.

    I would not trust this company; my belief is they are liars. My story is 100% accurate and you…read moredecide the "truth". I was referred to them a year ago or so and spoke with Debra's mother who uses to own/run the company. She said to call back in year when Medicare open enrollment was going on...so I did. I learned Debra took over company and Debra said I would be contacted by appointment person soon...which happened. When I was contacted, I informed appt. person I recently started going to special clinic and they do NOT take Medicare Advantage Plans. But I said I thought having the appt. should go-on b/c I wasn't committed to the clinic. We ALL agreed on date/time of appt. On the day of appt. NOTHING happened, no call no nothing, period...keep in mind I have an iPhone and I guarantee it shows missed or received calls....strike 1. So, I called them about an hour after the agreed appt. time and Amber (BTW is very rude) told me Debra had a previous appt. that ran over, and "they" called me to reschedule...lie #1. I NEVER saw any call or VM on phone and YES my phone number was verified. Moving forward a new date/time was agreed upon for phone call...and we VERIFIED at least 3x they would call me and my correct number. Again, at the agreed date/time no call or VM...strike 2. This time I call back next day and get Amber...again very rude....they said they called at the appt. date/time and no answer...lie #2. Amber in her rude tone said "why didn't you call us"...nice huh...strike 3 you're out. At that point I instructed them to shred my info and NEVER call me. In the end they are insurance broker slugs and if they "feel" they are not going to milk you for premiums you they write you off and then lie...my opinion of course....no way in heck in 2025 does someone say they called an iPhone and call didn't go through...I even called my cell provider and got records no call from them on both appt. dates...you make the call who is lying. Also, Amber should be reprimanded and be reminded about customer service.

    Avoid American Family Insurance at all costs since they will go out of the way to screw you over…read more I should have cut ties when they screwed up setting up my auto payment. I gave them the bank information to put into the system and they put in the wrong information. This lead to a late payment and me being locked out of the online account. My husband had a car accident (not his fault) their response was ok you can handle it on your own or if we handle it for you if you pay your deductible. This was a shock to me since every other insurance company I have dealt with usually will take care of their insured. The final straw is my husband's 2 year old car was hit by a tire tread on the freeway. There was some damage on the undercarriage. Our mechanic submitted a request to make repairs using OEM parts American Family Insurance refuses to pay an additional $300 to use OEM parts and insists we put after market parts on a 2 year old car. In addition to this our mechanic was willing and offered to work with the American Family Insurance on his shop rate to put the OEM parts on our car because he felt it would be a better quality part. Sad a mechanic is willing to take a pay cut to do something in the best interest of his customer and the American Family Insurance is unwilling to meet the mechanic half way. The funny part is the car will now have diminished value but this will not be reflected in our monthly payment. All in all if you want crap customer service and crap repairs on your car go with American Family Insurance.

    If I could give a .000 star I would. +30 year customer of State Farm - Moving away... only policy…read moreleft - one auto! Moved to OV and switched to Alicia. Everything automatic and in place for years. Called on issues - ball always dropped by office. She is NOTHING Like my old agent who retired! I put in 10 yr life insurance policy with Alicia - Knowing time is coming up.... "I" called in. It expires tomorrow! When I asked why would you not send out notice was told by Mark (assistant) We have over 1500 clients do you expect us to contact EVERYONE? Aghh YES I do expect a call - with CRM software its easier now than ever! For a NO SERVICE office, one might as well go to "an e service" there is 'NO good neighbor" here. Mark actually said "so you went with someone else for your life insurance.... again - "YES - why would I stay with any state farm office who takes me for granted! " The gall and arrogance is almost funny! Mark "delayed" the cancelling of my 2nd car, causing "additional funds" due!! Called "state farm" corporate office "assuming" they would care - NOPE! More run around - ALL THE way to the TOP! Left message for Laura Dunewa, VP of Agents we will see what type of fabric she is made of!
