Currently I'm starting my new business and working with them on 4 new projects including business cards, pens, notepads and decals. Overall, their service and production in quality is exceptional for the rates which are mid-range in my opinion. The service could be a little better and they seem quite busy and occasionally miss some of the details of what I asked for such as a proof for each design. As a customer I need to make sure to be clear about what I'm asking for but I must say the onus is on the printing company when someone asks for a proof and nothing is done about it. Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.
