In the eighth week, with no revised estimate provided, I requested the return of my watch. This request was met with a dismissive response, suggesting that watch repair is a "dying art" and that the crystal, though ordered, had no definitive arrival date beyond "soon." Furthermore, I was charged $50 for an estimate, despite my initial visit being for a direct crystal replacement. This resulted in a total charge of $75 for what I perceive as a lack of service and an unprofessional demeanor. I would advise against engaging with this establishment due to their unsatisfactory service.

Five stars isn't enough, 10 diamonds is more like it! :-) The owner, Mike, is always so helpful and courteous. He will always help you find EXACTLY what you need/want. The store is beautiful which makes for a very comfortable setting for shopping, and the prices are AMAZING! I first stopped into the store with a few watches that needed new batteries. While I waited, I enjoyed a delicious Gertrude Hawk chocolate bar (which I purchased for only $1 there), and lost myself looking at all the BREATHTAKING jewelry in the store. Minutes later, my watches were done and for less than $5 each! ! He even gave my daughter a candy necklace! ! What a GREAT idea!! I've been back to the store many times since then. I've purchased several pieces including charms for my charm bracelet (which Mike put on right there for me), a baby cross and chain for my God daughters baptism, two BEAUTIFUL pairs of earrings for my daughter and myself, and my newest addition, my beautiful shambhala bracelet. This is just to name a few. I can't stop as the prices can not be beat! They have brought my old, damaged jewelry back to life (clasp on a necklace, missing stone from a ring replaced). The service was done quickly and the pieces looked brand new. Im also happy to say I have had the honor of bringing a few of my friends in to help them pick out the perfect engagement rings, and later the couples looking to buy their wedding bands! I made the mistake of asking about real diamonds over lab created and immediately got told they don't deal with lab created only highly quality real diamonds and they may only have one lab created and got pointed to a small little case with the point of a finger. I was only curious about if they tested as real diamonds and general thoughts about them. At this point I'm already a bit put off. I asked about a multi stone ring which she showed me a few but nothing seemed right so she took me to another case which had beautiful rings or so I thought. Found one I loved but got told oh no that's cubic zirconia it's a demo ring we have to design and order these....im looking to buy today I thought to myself. Got some more attitude about my questions and ideas after again finding a ring to be designed. I also wasn't happy with the prices and when I asked about financing it again I got attitude and told I'll have to ask. She came back with a 6 month financing for a ring over 8 grand. Left unhappy with the service and attitude and will never go back, which is unfortunate as my father got my mom's engagement ring there many years ago and was told that's the best place, or was....
