The place is easy to find right amidst the downtown strip of businesses. Parking can be sparse close by during peak tourist season. Inside, decor is unremarkable but undistracting. Everyone was pleasant and not overly fake nice. My stylist, (her name unfortunately escapes me as this is the first time we've met, I'll update later) was great. She gave me tips and seemed genuinely interested in my responses to her questions about myself. Much like the healthcare industry, they have too adopted the streamline distribution of duties/tasks in order to maximize volume. You will most likely have 2 different people helping with your style when clients are overlapped. All in all, I was happy with the results and my experience and greatful for their willingness to accommodate me on short notice. I'd return again!
