Went in to get my AC looked at to figure out why it had stopped working, he let me know it would be $1208 with a 3 year warranty on parts for a new compressor. He said the part i needed was $800 and the labor was $400. I've had to fix my ac in another car and the part is absolutely not $800, so i let them know i needed to go home and think about it as that's a lot of money, he then told me it would be $65 since they had to figure out the problem. He did NOT tell me this before hand, had i known this i would not have had them check it, absolute waste of $65 I ended up driving to spring to another shop, it was $350 for the same exact part (name brand from an auto shop) and $250 for labor.

This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. A day or two after I got it back I noticed the power steering wasn't working properly. Frustration gripped me tighter than Homer Simpson strangling his kid. I didn't want to use the same mechanic, especially after hearing one of them used my truck to get their lunch, after I was told it was in a test drive. Then I found this mobile mechanic. Anthony came out, and in less than 30 minutes he had fixed my power steering for $75. I gave him a tip, and was very relieved.
