Sent a message thru Yelp and Sharif responded quickly and answered my questions. Burt and I spoke to Sharif and he promised he'd take care of me and give me a deal. He patiently answered more questions & brought out rolls of the different tints to my car. He held them up to my window and told me to view it from the outside looking in and vice versa. He allowed me to go in the back room to check on the progress. Great place to get your car tint done. Office is minimal along with the waiting room so it was uncluttered and a relaxing place to wait. AC was blasting which was very much appreciated during these hot summer days! Unisex restroom was clean, uncluttered and smelled nice which is not typical from my experience of car-related businesses. Sharif made the wait a tolerable experience. He offered water during my wait and had endless patience with my questions. He also kept me updated on the progress and I was out the door after 4 hours just like he said! What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern.
