After doing my own taxes online for years, I was not happy with the initial results this year. Florence Sanchez came recommended, and I'm glad I gave her a shot. I made an appointment and she was available, even during the hectic days leading up to the filing deadline. Unfortunately there was a rather long wait, even with an appointment scheduled, but that wait was worth it. Her rate is reasonable, and not much different than if I had filed myself. She found helped me go through items on the long form that I never would have considered on my own. This resulted in a more accurate and beneficial tax return. What would have been a debt had I done my own taxes had turned into a return due to Florence's accounting know-how. While doing my own taxes online was okay and kind of convenient, going to Sanchez services was well worth the tiny bit of extra effort. read more

Can't say anything bad this place is great they are busy but worth the wait, unfortunate circumstances cause our last minute filing this year, however Aida was still smiling, accommodating and still continues to be professional and a master at her craft, never had a problem with Flor or any of the staff. As for the double book in Feb, relax my dear, it's taxes season people are human there may have been a wait or something might have come up I'm sure your life hasn't always been perfect. For a long time I use to go to HR block. Then I figured $350 dollars to do my taxes! What?? That's insane. Then I became brave enough to do my own taxes with turbo tax. I LOVE it here!!! I have been here for years now. I'm a preschool teacher and have been for 9 years. Straight out of high school, it's all I've ever done and still am. Anyways my first year tax return sucked! I got nothing back. The lady couldn't even bother with me. So my 2nd year of doing my taxes i come here and it was AMAZING!!! And has been ever since. Last year my husband and I went to do our taxes with Florence and we were happy with the results. I made an appointment this past Monday to do our 2016 taxes and we had it at 5:25 pm with Florence Sanchez. When we got there, she was helping some one, so we waited an hour, waiting for our turn, then I ask the lady answering the phones if they go by the appointments and she said yes, but there was another guy waiting for her and he had the appointment at 5:30, so we were gonna wait another hour because the guy with the appointment at 5:30 got there before me, they were all very rude since I got there I told them I had an appointment and no one bother to ask me the time or with whom I had it. I know people has to be patient but they have to work on making the appointments at least an hour apart and ask who they want to do it with, even tho there is another lady there, everyone wants to go with Florence. Then I shut my mouth even tho I was really mad, I over heard Florence Sanchez telling someone that if people cant wait to leave. So I just left so mad because of the way they answer me telling me. It did not matter if I had the appointment at 5:25 the guy that had his appointment at 5:30 was going first because he was there before me.
