Brianna Balaja is the best! I'm genuinely happy to be writing this note to say how great my recent…read moreexperience was with Mercury - especially with Brianna as my claims agent. My car was stolen, and it easily could have turned into a nightmare. Instead, Brianna took exceptional care of me. She truly went above and beyond, and if this is the Mercury way, that says a lot about the company. After the first body shop completely dropped the ball, costing me ten days of rental coverage while they held my car and did nothing. Brianna stepped in and immediately reassured me that this would not be my experience going forward. She connected me with a Mercury-authorized body shop in Pasadena that was, honestly, an excellent, wonderful 'unicorn' of a shop. In other words, they did a perfect job. She handled all the details with Mercury and helped me in ways I didn't even expect. Throughout the entire process, Brianna was consistently kind, calm, and steady - never flustered, always clear, always supportive. Last year, when a friend's car was stolen in Canoga Park, Mercury handled that situation beautifully as well. I'm really grateful to be a Mercury customer, and especially grateful that Brianna was handling my case.

I could not get a hold of them because their hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Give me a break!) I was very disappointed yet not surprised since this insurance is small and everything with them is processed slow. Anyway, this morning I called to cancel it and was told to fax a signed cancellation notice. Okay, fine. Next step was to get insurance elsewhere. I had State Farm before and figured I should try getting a policy through them again. My husband and I went to see Karen, an agent at this location. She was professional, kind, and very helpful. Got us a very good deal on our two vehicles and renters insurance. She even faxed our cancellation notice to the other insurance company! I seriously recommend State Farm. Thank you!

Subject: Recommendation for Enhancing Customer Service Training under your great executive member…read morefew hours a day I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some concerns raised by a few of my business clients, which I believe may be relevant to the continued success of your organization. As someone who has long trusted the quality and professionalism of Japanese-Americans owned companies, I was somewhat disheartened by the experiences shared with me. Here is my deep thoughts for you . To ensure the highest level of customer service and avoid recurring issues, I would strongly recommend that each new customer service representatives undergo training under the guidance of individuals who have at least three years or more of experience within your company. Entrusting such a critical role to those with less experience or new to the company can inadvertently lead to ineffective training practices, potentially affecting the customer experience and long-term satisfaction. While I am unsure of the number of senior staff members or team leaders with over three years or more of their experiences, it is crucial for the growth and reputation of the company to maintain a consistent and knowledgeable customer service team. My friends and clients , unfortunately, have expressed their reluctance to communicate with your company due to similar challenges faced in the past . This is why I felt it important to reach out to you directly, hoping that under the leadership of experienced individuals, new staff will receive the right mentorship. I encourage you to consider this perspective and focus on cultivating a strong foundation of experienced leadership for the benefit of both your employees who has under 1 year of experience in your company and new your business. Don't let anyone train anyone in any business who doesn't at lest 3 years experience in any business . It is essential that the team members who are in contact with clients are not only knowledgeable but also patient, as many of them may not have previous experience in the any type of insurance industry. I truly value the potential of your company and believe that a small shift in your training process could significantly improve customer retention and satisfaction under your great leaderships and your executives who should take enough time to train new employees each day until yourself will feel comfortable as the owner . Maybe you should ask New employees who should train him or her ? Do you why? The new person or friends seem to be smart enough to see som problems. It's like our friend visited our home and he or she sees those problems at home or office. I appreciate your time in considering my suggestions and look forward to seeing the positive changes in your customer service approach. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
