I had an employee hit my cart did not say a word glared at me said something in Spanish to a coworker laughed and walked off. The shelves are empty both stores are a mess. My husband and I go to Hastings which is a 25 mile drive ,but that store is clean well stocked and customer service is awsome. If Sam Walton could see the Grand Island stores he would shudder.

I make my own soft pretzels at home. As far as self check out goes, Sam's in Grand Island still has half the check outs run my employees. You don't have to self check if you don't want to. My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny. They must be the same people that wrote the other reviews. Sam's in GI is okay. If you know what things cost, you can get a bargain.

This was ridiculous. This has nothing to do with the delivery person but everything to do with Walmart not taking care of customers. Just another conglomerate taking our money and putting little businesses out of business.
