The mall has pretty much all you would expect of the early 21st century--a Korean nail place, a sports/outdoors store, Jazzercise, Merle Norman (I guess that's cosmetics?) a 24/7 fitness center, even a ubiquitous and usurious check-cashing joint. And a coin place, in case you need to convert what little is left of your stocks into gold. Obvious management has put some money into updating the north end of the subject property, and the additional tenancies show it is paying off.
