The Aurora Mall's name is rather deceiving; where as in most places a mall means that there is a bunch of different stores to shop at, the Aurora Mall is simply a grocery store.
Upon entering this quaint little market, you are greeted with the smiling faces of the happy workers. There is a subway sandwich shop right up in there, making it easy to run in and grab us a sandwich if you want one. The Aurora Mall also has a deli, full of meats and cheeses, fried chicken, potato salad, and the likes.
For you who love alcohol, there is quite a selection of alcohol that would rival most small liquor stores. There is quite a selection of wines, and a beer cave, fruit you who like to go into a cold freezer to look at beer. The selection is great, ranging from Stella Artois, to Doghead, to the classic Coors Lite. There is often a cart full of discount wines, which is amazing, as you sometimes find Cupcake brand wines, etc., for half the price.
In recent years, the Aurora Mall has gotten quite the variety of ethnic foods, ranging from Thai kitchen brand Currys to hatch enchilada sauce. This illustrates the fact that the Aurora Mall is updating the selections of their brands. Rather than simply having Shurfine brands, the Aurora Mall carries interesting things, such as gelato and local popcorn.
For the youngster, there is a good amount of toys to choose from in the toy aisle! There are also workbooks to help your child do extracurricular math problems and geometry.
Ace Hardware makes up the whole section of the west side of the store. Here you will find anything that you will need for your projects and home repairs.
