Thankfully due to reliability issues with the previous irrigation company that we'd used we had to find a new company. Carlos showed us how the main irrigation pipe was installed at an angle and basically the irrigation back flow valve was forced into the PVC pipe and the possibility of it cracking under pressure and flooding our basement was extremely high. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable.
