My family has been coming to this medical office for decades and it's sad to see how much of a…read moredecline there has been. First of all, the facility is filthy. People have to wait outside and there is dog and bird poop everywhere on the sidewalk. The parking lot is full of potholes which are dangerous for older patients who use canes and walkers. Secondly, the wait time is ridiculous. You have an appointment for a specific time but you are never seen on time. The last time I was here I had a 9am appointment. I was called into the room at 9:15am but wasn't seen by the doctor for another 50 minutes. They keep timers outside each room to time how long a patient had been waiting. Every room was over 40 minutes and I even overheard one of the Drs mention that patients were getting upset by the wait. It's ridiculous and I'm ready to move on to another provider which is unfortunate because I really do like the staff and Dr Rivera since they know our family so well.

There is long waits for everything even to get your next "appointment". Lame place look somewhere else. They did lab work on me so I payed my copart. I called to know abut my results and they want me to pay another copay just for results it's just crazy how these people take advantage of you. Definitely CANNOT say the same about the staff/lvn's/MAs/CNAs. Whoever manages these clinics really needs to invest in proper training regarding customer service. I myself am an RN and work at one of the busiest emergency rooms in Los Angeles and after having over 80 people in our lobby and turning room, I hardly ever see any of my colleges treat the patients poorly. These ladies need to keep in mind that they are the face of the clinic as they are the first encounter for patients. Furthermore, the patients coming into the clinic aren't there to have a good time. These patients are sick, feeling ill, need medical help, and/or are returning for results which is nerve wrecking in itself. They are extremely rude and have zero empathy for the community members endorsing their clinic. I have begged my parents to switch PCPs due to the lack of respect these ladies show, BUT I have seen first hand the care the MDs provide and I can see why my parents want to continue care here. It is so disappointing to have to deal with these ladies and their bad attitudes. I really hope this clinic hires some type of HR representative or implement proper customer service training for these very unprofessional employees. Better yet, hire people who actually enjoy their job description so they have better attitudes.

They took those who wanted weight loss pills before those with an appointment. I am diabetic and do not feel I'm being cared for.
