Definitely CANNOT say the same about the staff/lvn's/MAs/CNAs. Whoever manages these clinics really needs to invest in proper training regarding customer service. I myself am an RN and work at one of the busiest emergency rooms in Los Angeles and after having over 80 people in our lobby and turning room, I hardly ever see any of my colleges treat the patients poorly. These ladies need to keep in mind that they are the face of the clinic as they are the first encounter for patients. Furthermore, the patients coming into the clinic aren't there to have a good time. These patients are sick, feeling ill, need medical help, and/or are returning for results which is nerve wrecking in itself. They are extremely rude and have zero empathy for the community members endorsing their clinic. I have begged my parents to switch PCPs due to the lack of respect these ladies show, BUT I have seen first hand the care the MDs provide and I can see why my parents want to continue care here. It is so disappointing to have to deal with these ladies and their bad attitudes. I really hope this clinic hires some type of HR representative or implement proper customer service training for these very unprofessional employees. Better yet, hire people who actually enjoy their job description so they have better attitudes.

No air circulation here. Wear a mask. My dermatologist moved here just days before my appointment…read more The crowd is mixed with clinic appt and walk in people (includes coughing sick people). If I'd known, I would have tried to figure out a way to get my biopsy results any other way than this situation. Parking lot in the back. Staff are nice, including dermatologist staff so maybe the 2 stars. The wait is long with no other patients just for dermatologist? Maybe I'm mixed in with the clinic wait for same doc of the day? I'm also not a fan of my dermatologist who doesn't listen, just spews out typical info that everyone knows, but I was using her for tests because advised on biopsy. I originally went to see this doctor in Monterey Park for a nose skin issue....after years of wishy-washy, wasting my time, she finally says she doesn't deal with anything or any skin inside my nose?!! And can't tell me if the flair up is outside or inside. She just mumbles words that don't make sense or help my situation. I can hear her well and the English words coming out of her mouth. She's a hot mess and you'll get nowhere with her. The staff are really nice here. I wouldn't want this to reflect on them.

Every time she went all the doctor did was just stare at her in a daze and try and guess what was wrong with her. Long story short, it took a liver specialist to determine that she had cancer! Why couldn't her primary figure this out? Why didn't she request the same basic blood work that the liver specialist requested that showed these results? Why did she have to live in pain for over 6 months before any of this came to light?! Fast forward it is now 2019, 2 surgeries later and on her 3rd chemo cycle my mom is fighting stage 4 lung cancer. Sometimes I ask myself if the doctor would have done a better job or just her job at all would my mother have avoided half of the stuff she's been through, would the stage have been a less aggressive one?...We can't dwell on the past, all we can do is fight like she has been and pray that it all goes well. So no I do not recommend this doctor, she is a joke! (Dr. Moon). At least her front office girls are nice. We also briefly got to meet Dr. Kim, she was a sweetheart and was actually the one that got the ball rolling for us to meet with an oncologist. Other than that, please, please please do not attend this facility.
