Do not use this company if you need a reliable cleaning service. I own a rental and have one day turnaround between renters. I was promised that the carpets would be cleaned at 5:00 the day that the renter left and the day before the next renter moved in. I called around 6:00 to check that the carpets were cleaned and received no response. When my housekeeper came the next day the carpets were not cleaned. I called the company and was told that Mario would look into what happened and then never called back. Customer service is all about being reliable and clearly this company needs to know that if you've dropped the ball, the very least you do is call back and explain. Rather, they act like they are the only game in town but they're not. So I will never never use them again and hope that others will take this into account when deciding who to call when their carpets need cleaning. What a disappointment and now I am in a bind as the new renter has already moved in. read more

Don't ever use this company as they are unreliable even if they do a good job IF they show up when they committed to a day and time. I have a rental home that requires a quick turnaround and I was promised that the carpets would get cleaned after the renter moved out.
