We first used Raul several years ago that our business and our home. We were delighted to find that his business survived the pandemic and he is every bit as good as we remembered. He arrived on time and tackled our carpets and rugs without delay. He worked carefully but quickly and the results were far better than I expected. One of the carpets is fairly old, but he was able to revive the nap as well as getting it spotlessly clean. I recommend him without hesitation. read more

This team made it so easy to get them here (Palm Desert)! Unfortunately, they had a hard job ahead which they dealt with aplomb and kindness. My fathers carpets (he was 90) were covered in filth. As he was coming home to hospice we wanted to, at least, clean them. I cannot believe HOW GOOD THEY LOOKED. Even after they said "it will be very difficult to remove some of these stains' they managed to make it look so close to new I was astonished. It is good carpet so I reckon it cleaned up nicely. I am sorry to take so long to review but my father has now passed away and I wanted to make sure and close this loop. Thank you so much - for your help and amazing work!!! I absolutely will use Revive again and again!!! I highly recommend them for their swift attention to details and fabulously fast service. read more

Raul did a wonderful job! Very pleased with his courtesy and work. On time and very efficient I will definitely use him again. read more

Raul just cleaned all my carpet and tile. He did a beautiful job freshening 25 year old carpet and tile. He was very careful to clean a sample area so my expectations were realistic. Noting makes 25 year old tile and grout look brand new. But the difference is dramatic and I'm happy with the results. Raul and his helper were on time, polite, and professional. I recommend him strongly. read more

Well I looked at the reviews for Carpet Cleaners and found these guys! I asked if they pay folks for good reviews? I called, they gave me a bid. Showed up on time, carpets looked good even damp. The next day we vacuumed. They look brand new, traffic areas perfect, stains removed. And by the way, price is very competitive. Hats off to Revive! read more

So many service businesses in the Valley are lackadaisical. Not so with Revive! Raul is extremely professional, timely, and hard working. He first came to my home and cleaned two rooms with badly soiled carpets (left in horrible condition from the previous occupants). The carpets looked and smelled fantastic once Raul was done with them! I asked him back to clean the tile in my kitchen/living room/dining room area--also poorly cared for by the previous occupants. The tile was dull gray before Raul started. Now it's a beautiful creamy white! Raul did the work quickly and took great care with the furniture that had to be moved. He provided excellent tips on keeping the tile clean. The prices for this work were extremely reasonable, particularly given the excellent quality of the service provided. I highly recommend Revive! I certainly will be using them in the future! I only wish other service providers in the Valley were as professional, timely, and concerned about quality like Raul! read more

Awesome! We put in for a quote through Yelp and Raul was quick to reply. He did an awesome job communicating with us from the outset and gave us a one hour window of when he would be here. On that day, he called in the morning to confirm yet again. He showed up when he said he would, so before he even cleaned a single strand of carpet we were impressed. We had him clean three bedrooms and he did a great job. All three rooms were done in a very timely manner and took about an hour an 20 minutes (which is exactly what he told me it would take). He was able to get stains up that I thought would be there forever. Raul was professional, punctual, and did everything he said he would do. I can't recommend Revive Carpet and Tile Care any higher. Top-Notch! We will definitely be using them again. read more

Contacted through yelp for an estimate and they responded that they wanted to do a phone consultation. They set the time 8am to 10am. Then nothing no phone call no email or text. read more

Upon reading all of the positive reviews, I contacted Raul to make an appointment to clean my sofa and two 8X12' rugs. He gave me a price, and I agreed. We set a date and time. April 26th between 3 and 4pm. He even advised me that I didn't have to call the gate, because his van has a transponder. Great. Today I waited until 4 pm to call to see if they were running late. Raul said he never wrote down my name or appointment time. I had selected this date because I have guests arriving in a few days. I asked if he could take care of me before then, and he said no, he was booked. Not writing down an appointment is unprofessional, but to not try to make it better in unconscionable. Revive Carpet & Tile needs to do better. read more

We read about Revive in the ad section of local newspaper & called them to clean the floor tile in our home. The results are amazing! Our tile is 21 years old and now looks brand new! We are so happy we chose Revive to actually restore our floors. Raoul did an excellent job and we referred him to two of our close friends who also had him clean their flooring. We called again, after a few months, to have them clean the travertine in one bathroom. It looks amazing! more shiny and clean than when first installed. Would recommend Revive Carpets to anyone interested in having an excellent result. Thank you to Raoul! read more

I would give no stars if I could! Terrible! I booked an appointment, operator said my apt window is from 8am to 10am and I will get a call 30 min prior to the apt for confirmation... sounds great! Apt day is here and I hear nothing! It's 10:40am I called over an hour ago to get an update and he says "he'll get back to me" I'm sitting here almost an hour out of my window of time AND my number now doesn't go through to the customer service line.... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Not professional, not on time and definitely not reliable! read more

Outstanding! Punctual, professional, articulate, price/sf lower than competitors. Eight year old tile now looks brand new! Two man team led by Raul. Liked that he is on top of current technology with regard to providing an email estimate and and subsequent billing. Would not hesitate to hire again but may have to wait for tile to become soiled again, which may be a few years given how clean the floors are. Raul sealed the tile and grout, cleaned a large living room rug as well as three smaller rugs. Do not hesitate to give Raul a chance to make your tile look new! read more
