This team made it so easy to get them here (Palm Desert)! Unfortunately, they had a hard job ahead which they dealt with aplomb and kindness. My fathers carpets (he was 90) were covered in filth. As he was coming home to hospice we wanted to, at least, clean them. I cannot believe HOW GOOD THEY LOOKED. So many service businesses in the Valley are lackadaisical. Not so with Revive! Raul is extremely professional, timely, and hard working. He first came to my home and cleaned two rooms with badly soiled carpets (left in horrible condition from the previous occupants). The carpets looked and smelled fantastic once Raul was done with them! I asked him back to clean the tile in my kitchen/living room/dining room area--also poorly cared for by the previous occupants. The tile was dull gray before Raul started. Now it's a beautiful creamy white! Raul did the work quickly and took great care with the furniture that had to be moved. He provided excellent tips on keeping the tile clean. The prices for this work were extremely reasonable, particularly given the excellent quality of the service provided. I highly recommend Revive! Awesome! We put in for a quote through Yelp and Raul was quick to reply. He did an awesome job communicating with us from the outset and gave us a one hour window of when he would be here. On that day, he called in the morning to confirm yet again. He showed up when he said he would, so before he even cleaned a single strand of carpet we were impressed. We had him clean three bedrooms and he did a great job. All three rooms were done in a very timely manner and took about an hour an 20 minutes (which is exactly what he told me it would take). He was able to get stains up that I thought would be there forever. Raul was professional, punctual, and did everything he said he would do. I can't recommend Revive Carpet and Tile Care any higher. Upon reading all of the positive reviews, I contacted Raul to make an appointment to clean my sofa and two 8X12' rugs. He gave me a price, and I agreed. We set a date and time. April 26th between 3 and 4pm. He even advised me that I didn't have to call the gate, because his van has a transponder. Great. Today I waited until 4 pm to call to see if they were running late. Raul said he never wrote down my name or appointment time. I had selected this date because I have guests arriving in a few days. I asked if he could take care of me before then, and he said no, he was booked. Not writing down an appointment is unprofessional, but to not try to make it better in unconscionable.
