There have been…read moresmall problems from the beginning, which I chose to overlook because the work was good: poor response to messages, mixing up days where a cleaning was asked for, some basic cleaning issues, breakage/chipping of several dishes and a living room lamp, etc. No service is perfect, so I decided to manage with the negatives. Today's cleaning was a different story: my home is very neat and sparsely furnished with white walls and light floors, so it needs real cleaning and not tidying up. Dorma knows this, as we discussed it at the beginning. I came home today directly after a cleaning and all of the baseboards and the corners in my 1BR home were still filthy. We live in the desert - and I live in the "wind tunnel" - so it is clear what needs to be done to keep a home clean. She charges $120 to clean a 1BR condo with 3 people (no windows), which takes them about 1:15, so it ends up being around 4 hours of total work. It's a high, but fair, price... if the work lives up to a high standard. When I texted Dorma with photos of the filthy rags - because I had to clean again right after her team left - her response was "we don't do baseboards". No apology, no "we'll do better next time"... just a "it's not our job'" I disagree - it IS their job to clean my house completely. Customers beware: when you use Dorma's Cleaning Service, this is the treatment you get.

We hired Adrianna to regularly clean our home for our short-term rental business. From the start,…read moreAdrianna was very professional, prompt, and we felt like we were in good hands. She cleaned the home fine, but things quickly took a turn from there. Our main issue with Adrianna was the lack of communication and overall inconsistency of when she would show up to clean. Adrianna completely stopped responding to our communication after a specific cleaning. One of the carpets had makeup smeared into it, and Adrianna cleaned it and said she usually charges extra, but didn't want us to foot the bill. However, if this was her gripe, she could've easily communicated that to us and we would have compensated her fairly, as we always did. We were unable to determine why communication stopped. We arranged to have some minor errands done for us, which we paid Adrianna for but were never completed. A large box of linens and pillows was removed from the property by Adrianna, who stated they were "unusable." Despite multiple requests, these items have not been returned. She never showed up for her final clean and we had to find someone last minute to continue operations, which caused us a lot of undue stress and anxiety. Adrianna's phone was also often turned off, the battery was dead, or she claimed that certain texts or images never came through. Because we can no longer get in touch with her, despite repeated attempts, we are currently taking action to recoup the lost inventory that she removed from our home. We fully agree with the other low rating she has received and were very disappointed by our experience with Adrianna's Cleaning Services. We do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable cleaning services as we feel she was not the person she said she was. While we understand that accidents happen, Adrianna cleaned out her mop in the kitchen sink and a day later, the guest messaged us saying the sink was completely clogged. We ended up having to call an emergency handyman, and he found a small piece of plastic. The guest left us a low rating, which has hurt our business. Overall, Adrianna over-promised and under-delivered. We really expected more from someone who claimed to take so much pride in her work and was a "3rd generation cleaner." Please take caution when considering working with this individual.
