The food and portions thereof are definitely average. However the prices are inflated in my opinion. A friend and I visited this place a couple of days ago, we both ordered fish filets that included some side dishes. 2 Cokes, 2 coffes, and a bottled water, came to a grand total of about $450 pesos. This is considered an expensive meal by Mexican standards, however, the quality of the food didn't really reflect that in my opinion. Another thing that irks the hell out of me, is that practically every time that I have visited any Sanbourns, the Waiter or Waitress always feel compelled to remind me to "not forget their tip". That has never happened to me once in the United States, and I think its unprofessional and impolite really. The atmosphere is kind of cool, and there is sort-of rhis 1950's feel. They also offer magazines, snacks, and candy, qhich are also over-priced.
