Everyone is friendly, the office is comfortable, and Miguel is a great hygienist. Both dentists are always happy to explain what's going on and answer questions. The reason I'm finally writing a review is because of a recent emergency. After a fall, I broke both of my top front teeth and called the office right away. They were able to get me in the same day, cleaned everything up, and placed a temporary crown. I later went back for my permanent crowns and follow-up visits to make sure everything was healing well. Dr. Reppas and Sophia were amazing throughout the entire process. They were calm, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made a stressful situation much easier. One thing that really stood out to me was how well they worked together. It was clear they have a lot of respect for each other and function as a true team, and that gave me a lot of confidence that I was in good hands. They had told me the set price would cover everything as far as x-rays and the exam and when I was asking about specifics once in the chair they didn't even know how much it would be and kept having to leave to ask their supervisor. The assistant was very sweet, but there seemed to be a very vague and confusing lack of communication between everyone. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I recently scheduled another appointment to be seen specifically by her. When I arrive the woman at the front desk says "we've been trying to get ahold of you. The dentist wont be in until 10 AM" My appointment was at 830 AM. What? The front desk women says "Didn't you get my message?" The only correspondence I have is one voicemail. I present it to her and it's for insurance verification regarding payment and nothing more. I asked why didn't they cancel my appointment. "Oh we can't do that" They knew they couldn't fulfill my appointment and allowed me come in knowing the dentist wouldn't be in. No emails, no messages in the patient portal. Only a voicemail that was allegedly left that I don't have. She then runs in the back to see if someone else can take care of me. She returns saying another dentist I've never met with who's new to the office will take my appointment. No, thanks. I specifically scheduled and requested Yaseri. She's not here so I'm outta here. They managed to waste my morning and my travel time both getting there and now on the return home. I guess Yaseri could care less on top of all this. I sent a message directly to her and absolutely no response after five days. Time to locate a new dentist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more The dentists here are not prepared prior to your visit. I spent the first 30 minutes waiting for them to find my chart then argue over what procedures need to be done. After their bickering subsided, they began drilling into my teeth without proper numbing, had to revisit numbing sites FIVE TIMES which ended up getting infected after the visit. Once they began working on one tooth, they'd leave for multiple minutes at a time for some reason, only to come back and start working on another tooth before finishing the one they'd left. They did not properly clean out the cavity, and claimed they were using an "acid etch" that completely destroyed the enamel of my teeth, in order for the filling to adhere better. Sure, Whatever, although the fillings are literally cracking out of my mouth as i chew food. They also refused to polish teeth or remineralize the enamel that they altered with the "acid etch" stating it would remineralize over the course of three days. this was a lie, it did not remineralize, my teeth still feel like sand paper, the fillings are cracking out of my teeth due to poor curing and I'm in pain a month after my visit, although i entered the office with no pain to speak of. Terrible dentist, terrible husbandry, terrible service. Stay away unless you have NO OTHER OPTION.

I opted out of the "calm the F down drugs" and went in as a "big girl"... My Dentist was kind, patient, explained EVERYTHING & handled my nerves wonderfully. To my pure delight, I didn't need a crown, he said "we can fix this with a filling, no crown needed" LIKE WHAT??!!! Not only was he kind & patient BUT he wasn't out to get money from me. He was honest and did only what was necessary. THIS is a RARE quality these days. I hope he is my dentist as long as I have teeth :) I'll be going back with pure confidence and no fear!!
