The day we went to pick up the Christmas dress, I was informed my daughter's dress was missing even though we were charged for it and were informed we have one day to exchange it. Finally the owner said she left it at her home and brought it after the class--apparently she babysits her own children, SMH! On that same day, I was informed all of the tickets were sold out for the show and they had only been on sale for 4 days. The owner did not set a limit on how many tickets each customer could purchase tickets. One person informed me they purchased 20 tickets--we only needed 4 tickets! We had attempted several times to purchase tickets online on my phone and laptop and the website was non functioning. I informed the owner of this and was not given any understanding about my situation and was informed I should have come in and purchased them in person--what is the point if you have a website!?! My father had passed away prior to this and was not given any sympathy for my loss and rather was informed, "If you didn't buy tickets in time, there is nothing I can do about it!" The tickets could have been added to the purchase of the dress or on our monthly bill which they charged us religiously, however they said they don't do business that way and all tickets are open to public! The lack of professionalism, respect for their customers, and chauvinist attitude is no good and we would never recommend this dance studio to anyone!

Terrible management and front desk staff. We signed my kids up immediately after their trial class…read morea couple of weeks ago. The front desk had my card on file and asked if I could run it. She also went over the payment. I was told it would be the yearly fee and the monthly fee for both of my kids. I agreed. I confirmed that was all we needed to do and she said yes. My fault for not asking for a print out receipt. I am 10000% positive I went to the front desk immediately after the class because the front staff told me that if I didn't sign them up within a certain time period my kids would lose their spots in that class. So we signed them up that day. Today we go in and the manager announced, in front of the parent area, that I didn't register my kids after their trial class. "yes I did", I said as I'm walking into the office. She proceeded to tell me, now with an attitude, that I didn't. I kept telling her that I did and she kept arguing with me saying "you may have thought you came up to the desk to register but you didn't." I get what she is saying that the kids are not registered in the system, but There is a difference between saying a customer didn't do something (after the customer is positive that they did) and being extremely rude about it vs. saying the payment didn't go through or there may have been a technical error with the computer. or what this manager should have said "I'm sorry, it seems like the payment didn't go through or there may have miscommunication about registering and I'll talk with my staff to ensure it doesn't happen again." But she stuck with the, "you didn't do it" or "you may have thought you did but you didn't." This is terrible customer service practice and terrible management. I am stern but I am not a rude person at all. I do not yell or raise my voice. I was clearly frustrated and making it the only point that her tone and blaming me is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have a lot of understanding for things happening such as bad days and technical difficulties but to argue with a customer and talk down to them and blame them for something that was the fault of the staff at the front desk for not ensuring the payment went through or following through with what she said she was going to do is unprofessional and a terrible way to manage. After I decided to not continue at this gym, I asked for the owners information. The manager continued her attitude and said I can email on the "contact us" email. I went to the front to get that email and she immediately said she has no contact information of the manager. Also, with a bad attitude. I asked her to write down the owners email and she rudely pointed to the company card and said I can email on the company email and she might see it there. I have a career in customer service and no way would I ever allow the staff of my business to handle situations like that. It's funny that this happened immediately after my husband and I were watching our kids stretching and noticed the coaches not correcting their forms. They were sitting down on their tablets. What's the point of stretches and growing as a gymnast if you don't correct the forms? That's where the fundamentals start like pointing your toes for everything and it doesn't benefit the stretch if it's not done properly. This is a beginner class where all those things are important to learn. I guess this was a sign to stay away! If you have cameras in the building I suggest you listen to those and watch the videos to see how your manager was. They represent your business. It Sucks because my kids liked the first class and wanted to do gymnastics here. It was close enough where we could go and we heard some good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot support a business with bad management and staffing.

My 6 year olds "coach" gossips with my daughter about her crush which is wildly inappropriate and not what we pay for. My daughter rarely gets corrected and her growth as a gymnast has gotten stagnant. Management doesn't seem to care as this gym keeps growing, but as a paying parent I feel like this has become a money grab more than anything. After being members of this gym for over 4 years we are moving our daughters elsewhere. If you decide to take your kids here try to get into Coach K class or Coach Wendy's class, we loved them as coaches when my daughters had them, they were very involved helping improve form, had structured classes, and kept the girls doing their drills, and my daughters improved and enjoyed classes with them.

Our family ultimately decided to withdraw our daughter from Monty's Montessori because it was no…read morelonger the right environment for her. Over time we experienced ongoing communication issues with administration, and concerns we brought forward were often dismissed rather than addressed in a constructive way. As months went on, the interactions with administration began to feel increasingly uncomfortable. Instead of working collaboratively when concerns were raised, responses often felt defensive or confrontational. As a parent, it started to feel like bringing forward normal questions about my child's experience was met with pushback rather than support. There were also situations where things discussed privately seemed to be talked about openly in the office, and unfortunately our child overheard comments that made her uncomfortable. That was very concerning to us as parents. In addition, there were basic care concerns that added to our decision. There were days our child came home having barely had any water, and when we asked about it we were told she needed to refill it herself, even though she sometimes struggled to open her bottle. Individually these things might seem small, but over time they created a pattern that made us lose confidence in how concerns were being handled. The final straw for us was an incident involving inappropriate content being discussed among the children. At that point we felt it was necessary to remove our daughter from the school. Every family's experience may be different, and we genuinely hope the school improves in how concerns from parents are handled because the children deserve a supportive and respectful environment.

(director jaimie & office secretary angelina) we had been previously pulled into the office and accused of non payment of an obscure amounts of $ equaling multiple weeks of tuition (total of $3,189) though upon back checking bank statements i was able to provide proof of not only all completed payments but multiple overcharges aswell, when provided with all of these documents ( backdated to our 1stday of registration up to current day) we were immediately met with not only hostility but a huge lack of accountability from the office staff as to where the miscommunication and or differentiating amounts had stemmed from as all childrens accounts must be enrolled through autopay upon registration through the brightwheel app. we were never given an explanation as to why we were ever overcharged and had to communicate with office staff in order to resolve all over payment issues also. following this incident not only we were continuously met with hostility from montys staff, but multiple times our kindergartener over heard private conversations pertaining to said issues being discussed openly and loudly between school staff aswell as mrs. jaimies husband. ( who turns out is not a listed employee of school, despite being on campus consistently) upon submitting our kindergartners 2 week notice (postdated for Dr.Lisa Gilfillan) we were immediately met with texts / messages from both angelina and jaimie pertaining to details stated specifically in notice. all accounts had again since been confirmed as paid and up to date, all bank statements were mailed and received, though just two days prior to our daughters last day with montys we were notified via email that if we did not submit the final payment amounts in cash / in office they would then withhold our daughters kindergarten academic records. following this email i again messaged, emailed and mailed all bank statements and proof of payment from brightwheel to montys academy aswell as dr. lisa gilfillan to which we recieved zero responses. go charter, go homeschool, go elsewhere! entire experience has been rather unfortunate as we had very high hopes for both montys and the staff.

The building, the toys all of the great educational resources. Everything is in great condition and very clean (and you would know, as you clean them yourself!). The moms and the other children you meet. Creative and unique experiences for your children to learn and grow through. They are always having special days and they change the classrooms around throughout the year when focusing on different lessons. They bring new items in and take old ones out so there is always something new for your little one to play with and learn from. I always felt my daughter was safe here, and in good hands - which is priceless. And on that topic, the price is very reasonable! Cons: Their motto is "Learning though Play" and they mean it 100%. So much so, that I'm afraid my daughter played too much and didn't learn enough to prepare her for kindergarten. I do wish they had more instructional time, especially towards the end of the year when most of the children in her class were 5 and capable of sitting still for longer sessions of rug time. Also, the co-op experience is really best suited for stay at home moms. As a working mom, it was difficult to take off two days a month to teach or accompany my daughter on a field trip. But, I knew this going in. Just make sure you really understand the commitment you are signing up for, and prepare to be flexible. In the end, all the extra time and effort is worth it.
