Going into this, my wife and I thought the whole process would be stressful and time-consuming but they made it completely smooth and painless from start to finish. Leon was extremely attentive, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The team was efficient, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would which, these days, is rare and greatly appreciated. They were also very mindful and respectful of our home throughout the entire installation process. What really stood out was not just the service, but the value. After getting multiple quotes, Window Station offered a more competitive price AND a better-quality product than the others. That combination is hard to beat. Overall, this was one of the best home improvement experiences we've had. Highly recommend Leon and the entire Window Station team you won't be disappointed!

We needed to replace failed double-pane bay windows in our 1911 Edwardian and after 3 disappointing bids (confusing, un-professional, late) I called Gilberto Arellano. Best call ever! Gilberto came to our house, measured, presented a bid on the same day, and met every possible hope and expectation. He was helpful negotiating our vision of colored glass, tempered glass and design elements. On the day of installation, three professional craftsmen arrived and six hours later, after focused shaving and fitting, our three double-hung windows work to perfection. Gilberto Arellano and his team of craftsmen know precisely the art of wood windows in San Francisco. Dream project!

Project manager Mark Kobzanets took careful measurements, suggested options for windows from Milgard and Marvin, and gave us accurate estimates on lead times, especially for the octagonal window which required custom manufacturing work from Marvin. The price quote was competitive with the other companies we had solicited bids from. Mark also worked with the City of San Francisco building department on our behalf to obtain permits and inspections, as well as dealing with the city when some of our style choices were not acceptable with city regulations. For an existing window in need of repair, Mark told us how we could work with Milgard to get it replaced under warranty. Installers Simon and Yuri were very professional. They respected the property during the installation, expertly mounted the windows and doors including adding a structural post to the corner of the house. They also did exquisite craftsman work on the window trim. The windows look great, are quieter, and seal the house better. We are very happy with the results and the experience working with Window Replacement Center. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I had such a positive experience that nearly two decades later, when it was time to replace my front door, I hired them again. Because of our climate, the door can swell and shrink during periods of extreme rain or heat. Customer Exteriors has now come back three times--at no additional charge--to make adjustments so the bolt lock continues to work properly. I've been especially impressed with their customer service. They respond promptly to calls and service requests and stand behind their work long after the installation is complete. That kind of reliability is hard to find, and I imagine it's a big part of why they've been in business for so long. I would definitely use them again.

Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. We just contacted the company on their website and amazingly, they have the record by the address. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. Now we know, go with the best and reputable company like Custom Exteriors and a good manufacturer like Anlin Delmar to have after service years after the work is done. Would we recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin Delmar? The answer is obvious, YES.

No one was unnecessarily inconvenienced, which we greatly appreciated . I also had the pleasure of meeting the crew personally. They were polite, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. I'm very disappointed with my experience…read more This company replaced an insulated glass unit (IGU) in a window prior to my purchase of the home. From the very first rainy season after installation, the window leaked from the interior corners. I have photos documenting the leak during that initial warranty period. The installer later acknowledged that the exterior perimeter of the IGU was never weather-sealed, yet claimed this was an "optional" service rather than a required part of the installation. As a result, the window allows water intrusion during wind-driven rain. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, responsibility was repeatedly deflected to other parties, and I was told the warranty had expired -- despite the defect existing from the start. No reasonable effort was made to correct the incomplete installation, even with active leaks during the rainy season. I would not recommend this company if you expect proper weatherproofing, accountability, or support when issues arise.
