Very expensive to stay here, 3 nights over $500. The smallest spaces. Slide outs practically touch each other. Lots of permanent campers. No camp store. No WiFi. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Surrounding area is not the greatest either. Gate to walking path is accessible to public. Meaning anyone can walk in anytime. There are a lot of homeless a block out from the gate. We made sure to lock up everything each night. Electric bikes back on the motorhome and locked each night. It's a one and done for us.

Very pretty ocean view, is a very chill and quiet area ! And close to San Francisco tourist spots, be sure to check out Mazzettis bakery nearby for some sweet treats and the Taco Bell cantina. I'm not sure why there were so many bad reviews for this resort but from my experience we had a good time. Definitely coming back during the summer time. And would recommend this site to others !

How about letting u know about no pool no spa!! Sad.. $500 for 3 nights and you find out when you drive it they are doing repairs that Frankly look like they ran out of workers. Bathrooms and showers are nasty. We won't be back.

    Walkway down to the beach.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the San Francisco area. Close to everything you may want to do. Staff couldn't be nicer. We were doing laundry and we're running a little late for checkout, we were allowed to stay in our spot after checkout time, they even offered us another spot to wait in. Nice game room with ping pong and games for our kids. The view cannot be beat. The spots are tight but it was no bother at all. Everything worked as it should. We will stay here again next time we come.

Absolutely beautiful view! The resort was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly. Very quite with no sounds but the ocean.

Easy to book and right next to the ocean. Even the spots that aren't "ocean view" it's a short walk to be able to sit and look out.

Ask the Community - San Francisco RV Resort

Is there a place I can wash my Motorhome nearby?

Do they have a dump station? If yes, how much is it?

    Do they have wifi?

I just went there and it is paid only, through management. The exception is you can get free WiFi when at the office.

Can you park for the day while you venture into San Francisco?

As a newer RV owner, I especially appreciated how incredibly easy it was to access the park and our spot. That simple convenience took away a lot of the initial stress of driving a big rig and is a huge plus. The park itself is top-notch. Our spot was absolutely huge, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The entire resort is super clean, and the restrooms and showers were spacious and spotless--a real pleasure to use. A major bonus for us was that they even have designated areas for tent setups, which meant our "tent camping" friends were able to join us for the weekend. But the true magic of this location is its unbeatable proximity to everything. We were within easy walking distance of fantastic shopping, dining, and even some fun bar hopping with fancy distilleries nearby. The Marina is also just a short stroll away, where we spent time sitting and watching the otters and sea lions--it was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We were so close to every amenity and attraction that we didn't even unhook the truck from the camper the entire weekend! Finally, I have to give a massive shout-out to the amazing host. He greeted us the second we drove in and personally walked us to our spot. He even offered a 50-amp 'dog bone' adapter because he noticed my camper was 30-amp--talk about thoughtful service! Every time he walked his adorable boxer, he would stop to greet us and check in, making sure we had everything we needed. He was consistently available and incredibly friendly. We are already planning our next trip. We will for sure be back! If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and perfectly located RV park in the Bay Area, this is it!

Lori, the manager, is…read moresuch a nice women and is extremely kind and helpful, we had no issues getting a long term spot for my husband due to his constant change in jobs so he is constantly changing locations for work and they were able to get us a spot immediately for long term stays. The location is great, near downtown and close to everything you need like shops, grocery stores and gas stations. The bike trails that lead to the ocean from the RV Park are INCREDIBLE, we went on bike rides everyday! Side note: I grew up in Half Moon Bay, our family currently doesn't live here anymore but I have a long history with the town and the people who live there. Secondly, At the end of our families stay, we were informed by the park that they were getting complaints about our children... saying they were being too loud, people would occasionally hear them crying, we were playing music (during the day) and they could hear our kids running around inside the trailer.... Our children are 4 and 1 years old.... They were being KIDS!! So someone near us, was that bothered by our children, they had to make a huge deal about it and report us to the front office... My husband has not lived at home in almost 4 years due to his job so when my children and I would come see my husband it was for a week at a time, and that is the ONLY time we get to see him. We have to travel to him, otherwise we don't get to see him AT ALL. I understand nobody knows our situation, which we dont expect people too, but it also made us feel extremely unwelcome after that phone call we received, it made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we felt like we were now being watched because our kids had a couple "bad days". Being from Half Moon Bay, I took this news extremely personal, it made us feel like we were getting "kicked out" or "warned" that if it didn't change, they were going to ask us to leave. All because someone can't handle children being children. My husband has lived in 8 different trailer parks all up and down California and Nevada the last 4 years and we have NEVER had complaints towards our family. There are a ton of retired, working and older tenants who live there full time and apparently some forget what it's like to have kids, or they've never had kids themselves. Unfortunately, we did decide to leave the park. At that time my husband had already lived there full time for over 3 months. My husband was not comfortable having us come visit him if we felt unwelcome and felt like we were going to be watched each time we came. Especially telling our children they can't be themselves while they're there because some people have issues with kids. We genuinely enjoyed our stay there, we had such a great time creating memories as a family, until we didn't. I do recommend staying here if your doing a short term stays because you're gone in a few days so it's not enough time to create an issue, but if you have children and are looking for a long term place, I would not recommend it unless you "KEEP THEM ON A TIGHT LEASH" which is what was told to our new tenant by the park when moving in. And to the front office, I did not create this post to have you reply or feel like you need to "stick up" for your RV Park, it's a GREAT park, I just don't think it's GREAT for children which is the focus of my posting. Thank you for allowing us to stay there for the time we did, but it was time for us to go.

My brother has an app that follows what boats are open and offering crabs. He bought crabs there last year. It was a short drive over the hill and a beautiful Saturday. We were able to find parking in the lot by the restaurants and harbor plus it was free. We walked over to the first boat to ask how much the crabs were per pound. They were $10/lb and $8/lb if missing a claw. He showed us some crabs and we said we'd come down. There were several boats out there with Crabs signs as well as Ling Cod signs. We talked to the gentleman whose boat is called "Drake". He weighed out 3 for us and put them in a plastic bag. I asked how far he goes out and he said 20 miles. When he first started a few weeks ago, crabs were 20+ per basket. Now it's down to 5-8/basket. He said he'll still come out to sell crabs. My brother had a thicker plastic bag that he put the crabs in and put it in the cooler in the car so we could check out the other boats. We were looking for Salmon and found another boat that was selling flash-frozen Alaskan Coho Salmon. There were a few men on the boat answering my questions and making suggestions on how to cook the fish. The fish is caught in Alaska, flash frozen then I believe the gentleman said dipped in the ocean water(?) to create a glaze to preserve the fish further as it's stored in the cooler. When you flash-freeze the fish, any parasites will die. You can safely eat the fish as Sashimi or cooked and when cooked, watch the fish as it's so tender, it doesn't need a lengthy amount of time. He suggested pan-frying so we did just that with the fillets after thawing the whole fish in the cooler full of ice for 2 days. We had cut the fish into fillets and finished them with a Teriyaki/Mirin glaze and Baby Bok Choy on the side. It was so tender and soft and the meat was such a deep orange! What a superior variety! Oh and our fish was about 2 pounds@$20/lb. It was so worth it for the quality and amount as we had enough for another meal! I asked for the name of the boats and they said look for New Day and Dream Catcher. Took a photo of the phone number in case we have questions. When we got home we cooked the Dungeness Crabs and the meat was so fresh, tender and flavorful. Definitely a treat!!
