The week leading up to the big day, she took care of all those nagging little details with finesse. I had a couple of annoying vendor things come up and she stepped in and straightened everything out for me! It was great that I didn't have to deal with it when I had family flying in from all over the world! She has an incredible attention to detail and went through my catering contract with a fine-toothed comb, finding weird little mistakes they made that I never would have noticed! Awesome! She also has a very artistic/creative eye and set up my venue/ceremony spot beautifully. I was a total ditz on my wedding day, and she kept me on-track and on-time the entire day. It was so great to not have to think; she did it for me! :) I recommended her to a friend who is getting married and she is kicking butt on her wedding, too! She was attentive, polite to everyone she met, creative, hardworking and just such a calming presence. Because her rates are so reasonable, I recommend tipping her well at the end of the night, because she is THAT GOOD! I absolutely couldn't have done it without her. One example, we forgot the funnel we needed for my daughter's sand ceremony at the wedding, and Karina jumped into action. She used her own travel size Scope container, cut off the bottom of the bottle and covered the entire rest in beautiful stick-on pearls. It was adorable and ready to go in minutes. Yes, she is that good! Please don't miss out on this wonderful lady at your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

She impressed me at our initial consult when I asked her to give examples of how she handled wedding mishaps--I knew she would be the perfect support when she shared examples of creatively and impressively saving people's days! In the months leading up to my wedding, Jaclyn was so great about answering my questions, providing recommendations, and gently providing nudges for making decisions and staying on track. She asked questions at exactly the right time to get me thinking about each step of the wedding planning process in a manageable way. I was especially impressed with her communication style. She was so upfront about her schedule and would frequently let me know when she had weekend wedding events and ask if I had questions before a period of less communication. This let me know that (a) she dedicates herself fully to events, and (b) gave me the opportunity to ask her anything pressing in advance. She made herself so available for all of my questions and had an impressive response time. Jaclyn is a great people-manager. She's a pro at this and knows how to handle the different personalities of my vendors, family, and wedding party. She exudes calm and professionalism. I felt so taken care of and supported throughout the planning and especially on my wedding day. She solved so many issues I would've been an overwhelmed mess dealing with myself from vendors snafus to flexible guest counts to ensuring my ambitious wedding timeline the day of was fulfilled. On the day of my wedding, she brought a Marry Poppins bag to the bridal suite that could solve any problem you could think of that a bride or bridesmaids might have. I consider myself a detail-oriented planner, but much more than that is required to pull off a wedding. Jaclyn matched my energy, but went above and beyond considering things I never would have thought of. She made sure my husband and I's vision came to life and that everything went smoothly. I'm forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough!
