Dave Zamoras auto body:…read more I do not recommend this auto body shop & heres why: I got my car broken into a few months ago (I was nine months pregnant at this time). My back window on my Honda Pilot was broken my DVD player was ripped out and my side mirrors were broken off. I took my car to Dave. He had my car for a full month but I was going through my car insurance so I understand there is protocols he has to go through. He called us and told us he was unable to fix DVD player & gave us a reimbursement for that. We then picked up the car from him everything looked great-my son was 4 days old at this time. We took the car to get a car wash & notice water in the back of my car. So I opened my back door and noticed the whole weather striping was ripped off. - real easy I just popped it right back in problem fixed no more leaking. 26 days later we drive my car to my baby's one month doctors appointment. We didn't really go anywhere during that time because we had a new born. My husband went to open up the back door to get our stroller out of the car & he accidentally pressed the button to open our back window. No big deal... he goes to close the window & it won't close he opens it up and I see there is something hanging off the window my husband slowly closes the window & putt his hand on the latch to press it closed once the window latches the whole window shatters on my my newborn and cuts my husband's hand. Thank goodness my baby is ok. We take it back to Dave & he says yea no problem I'll fix it just have to order the part I'll call once it comes in- in about a week. - a week and a half later no call. Sooo I call him.. he then tells me we broke the window and he's not fixing it! Well luckily I called my insurance and they covered it and sent out safelite. Safelite shows us where the adhesive was bad & he says that the part that came off our window & broke it when we closed it. He also said he probably used a used window because there was two patches of adhesive on there. He also showed us that Dave used crock screw instead of a plastic screw So he went about fixing my car the cheapest way possible. I do not recommend Zamora's auto body shop as he clearly does not check his work or honor his word and does shit the cheap way.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Re-Lux Collision. They worked on my Porsche, and the…read moreresults were absolutely outstanding. The quality of the bodywork and refinishing exceeded my expectations my car looks flawless. What impressed me the most was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, were completely transparent about the repairs, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. There were no surprises, just honest and professional service. They also finished my car earlier than the original estimated completion date, which was a huge bonus. On top of that, they accommodated my rental car, making the entire repair process incredibly convenient and stress free. If you own an exotic, luxury, or high-end vehicle and want it repaired by a shop that truly cares about quality and customer service, I highly recommend Re-Lux Collision. They treated my Porsche with the attention and care it deserved, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing experience!

I brought my vehicle to Relux Collision for body and paint repairs through a third-party insurance…read moreclaim. Relux made a great first impression and initially appeared to be a professional, reputable shop. Unfortunately, as the repair process continued, my experience gradually declined due to repeated mistakes, poor workmanship, and a lack of accountability. When I picked up my vehicle, the newly painted front bumper did not match the rest of the vehicle. The color difference was obvious. Relux's proposed solution was to blend the paint into the hood. I argued that the insurance company should also approve blending the adjacent fenders to achieve a proper color transition. To make matters worse, Relux forgot to reinstall my front lip, requiring me to make another trip back to the shop. The insurance company later denied Relux's supplemental request after their adjuster determined the color mismatch was due to poor color matching by the shop and was therefore Relux's responsibility to correct and not the insurance company's. I initially believed the denial was simply the insurance company refusing to pay, but that was not the case. Throughout the process, Relux never accepted responsibility for the issues. I agreed to let them repaint the bumper because I wanted the repair done correctly, with the understanding that they would start over and achieve a closer factory color match. During my second visit, I performed a more thorough inspection and noticed the bumper was also misaligned, with the driver's side corner sitting higher than the passenger side. I pointed this out and was told it would take about five minutes to fix. While waiting, I heard loud tapping coming from the shop and hoped it wasn't being done on my vehicle. After taking my car home, I noticed something new. In the exact area where the bumper had been realigned, the paint now showed several small dents or impressions that became visible under certain lighting conditions. I returned to Relux to address the damage. Several employees gathered around my vehicle which felt aggressive, but instead of acknowledging the issue, I was met with excuses. Eventually, the manager, Gain, came out and told me they would not be helping me any further because they had already "gone above and beyond." Gain even told me, "If you find another shop to address or fix it, have them give me a call." When I asked him to clarify, he said he would pay for the repairs if it was within reason. I then asked if he would put that commitment in writing, but he refused. By that point, I was completely exhausted and frustrated by the entire experience. After multiple return visits, repeated issues, and what I felt was a constant effort to deflect responsibility, I decided to leave. I walked away feeling like my concerns were being dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. From my perspective, going above and beyond would have meant taking accountability, correcting the color match properly the first time, reinstalling parts that were removed, and ensuring no additional damage occurred during the repair process. Instead, I left with a vehicle that required multiple return visits, had paint quality concerns, fitment issues, and ultimately new damage that the shop refused to address. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Relux Collision at this time. If quality workmanship and accountability are important to you, I would encourage you to carefully inspect any repairs before accepting your vehicle. Do be so easily enticed as i was with their deductible assistance unless you're okay with C-grade work. They also entice you to write them reviews in exchange for $25 gift cards if that tells you something about their online reputation.

The…read morebiggest issue throughout the entire repair process was the complete lack of communication. My vehicle needed tires and rims, and to be inspected that there was no Damageand it took over four weeks for those repairs to be completed. During that time, I was almost never proactively updated on the status of my vehicle. In fact, the only way I ever received any information was by calling myself. If I didn't reach out, I simply wouldn't hear anything. Arturo was assigned to assist me, and unfortunately, his customer service was unacceptable. On multiple occasions, he told me he would call me back shortly, but hours would pass without any response. I repeatedly found myself having to follow up and chase down basic updates about my own vehicle. Returning customer calls and providing timely updates should be a standard part of customer service, yet neither happened consistently throughout my experience. Being without a vehicle for more than a month is stressful enough. Having to constantly track down information because no one communicates with you only makes the situation worse. I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy, but instead experienced poor communication, unreturned calls, and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Customers should not have to do all the work to find out what is happening with their vehicle.
