The membership is pay as you go, so you pay every week/month at a time. They have cheaper alternatives like pay for 1 day or week if you just want to try it. Plus the last Friday of the month is only $5 for the day. Parking lot is small, and at peak hours (around 5-7pm) it does get crowded, and you may need to end up street parking. Also in the mornings, the door is open to members, but I've walked in a few times without anyone at the front desk checking me in. Might be some security concerns there, but ultimately, the community that comes to this gym is tight knit and knows proper gym etiquette, and the staff knows how to provide for their members. That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. I am still working from home, sitting on my computer all day and I just wanted to move my body for an hour 3 times a week - I was open to push ups, weights, yoga, whatever. The classes are HIIT styled classes, with AM & PM classes. Each class is either upper body, lower body, or full body. They are always different & the trainers provide guidance on how to complete each station. Special shout out to George who makes sure to push you & makes sure to correct your form. The workouts are challenging but you can definitely make modifications if you can't do something. Parking: there's a public parking lot at the back that always has room for cars. Classes: 5AM, 6AM, 8AM, 9AM, 4PM,5PM,6PM,7PM,8PM weekend hours are much limited which is no issues for me since I prefer to workout earlier in the week. The front desk staff is always extremely nice! Sandra, Kim, & Carlos are always encouraging & supportive.
