This is hands down my favorite gym to train at! I've had memberships at pretty much all the…read morecommercial gyms in the SGV. Y'all know how chaotic those can be... Switching to this gym has been a breath of fresh air. MFC is run by a hardworking and friendly family who's always quick to help and the gymgoers contribute to the overall chill vibe that I love about this place. Equipment: TONS. There's every attachment possible for the cable machines. In addition to having all the typical plate-loaded and pin machines and dumbbells (in 2.5 lb increments too!) for the general fitness enthusiast, they also have specialty equipment for bodybuilding, strongman, olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting. I started coming here to prep for a powerlifting meet and appreciate the 2 combo racks, multi-station rig, many deadlift platforms, and multiple benches. There's plenty of powerlifting equipment so I've never had to wait to SBD. Community: The folks who come here are respectful and have good gym etiquette. Some folks keep to themselves; they're locked in and focused on their own workouts. Other folks enjoy talking more and building friendships as they train. To each their own - I just love that folks wipe down their equipment after use and rerack their weights. Bathroom: Super clean with multiple stalls, showers, and lockers inside Parking: Spacious, free parking lot. I've never encountered this, but if the lot was ever full, you could easily find (free) street parking Bonuses: There's a large cubby shelf located under the stairs for us to drop our stuff off while we work out. There's also a charging station and several cleaning sprays + constantly restocked towels so we can easily wipe down equipment (and ourselves) They offer $5 day passes on the last Friday of every month so take advantage of that to come check out how awesome this gym is. $65 for the monthly membership is such an invaluable investment for all that MFC provides. I'm incredibly happy to be training here and know you will be too!

As a result, I twisted my body and suffered muscle and soft tissue injuries. The incident caused me pain, discomfort, and disruption to my daily activities. In addition, I was very disturbed to see a dead cockroach left in the facility for approximately three days without being cleaned up. This reflects extremely poor sanitation and raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety standards of the gym.

I figured she was listening to voicemails. She then proceeds to hang up but still have the phone up to her ear. No hello I'll be with you in a moment or anything so I stand there patiently waiting. It wasn't until she saw someone (possibly a manager) walk over. Then she asked did I need help logging in and I told her No, that I was interested in joining. She then have me walk to the other side to sign up and the young man took it from there. He gives me a tour around the gym either thing seems good. We get to the women's locker room. I should have went in because that would have been a determining factor of me joining. Well signed up for a 2 year membership. Glad it's for anyone because that woman's locker room will have you questioning yourself. The restrooms trashcans were filled to capacity and it smelled like urine and ammonia. Not to mention there were no seat covers. The showers had mold, chucks of hair and roaches. I walked out of there so fast. Man, o feel like they got me for my money. Now o have to go to another gym that's 30 min from my job just to get into a clean restroom.

This gym has a lot of great equipment and it is not packed 24/7 like other big gyms. Makes it so easy to get a workout in with new machines and no wait times. It's also always clean all the time. The personal training here is my favorite part. My trainer is Hugo and the results are great when I stay consistent and it is worth the sweat and soreness. Aaron, Joanna, Larissa, and Steven are also amazing trainers and everyone here is always looking out for each other. They also recently started a free running club, looking forward to joining that! Of course personal training and gym membership is different like it would be at any other gym. The gym membership is 100% worth it and so is the personal training in my experience. 10/10 recommended this private gym!!

I had the experience to visit as a VIP guest through my wife's membership and instantly, I was able to experience the vibes of UFC Gym. Parking - Free in a huge parking lot, Interior is very spacious and the locker rooms are clean as well, I often see staff cleaners so it seems like they're pretty well maintained. This specific location is very spacious, you'll find all the standard work out machines here along with turf to workout on and UFC specific machines, etc such as their boxing ring, punching bags, tires, etc. My wife and I love to work out so we'll find ourselves visiting almost everyday of the week. They have good hours as well, not 24/7 but close to it, great for early birds as well as late night workouts. They have fitness classes, personal workout coaches, as well as recovery machines, all that I haven't had the chance to utilize yet but they seem pretty popular. This is certainly a top quality gym with a variety of machines, weights, etc. Very happy that my wife recommended me to check out UFC gym. and I can certainly vouch to workout here rather than other gyms. Great value overall for the price you pay.

Deep cleaning the equipment? Yep. Mirrors? Yep. Mats? Yep. Vacuuming? Yep. If it needs to be cleaned, Mickie is probably already on it. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it absolutely shows. He's definitely an asset to this gym and deserves some recognition! Overall, we couldn't be happier with this place. Great people, great atmosphere, and a staff that genuinely seems to care about the members. Definitely recommend!

I have been a relatively active individual throughout different parts of my life, participating in…read morehigh school sports, exercising at my college's gym, getting into a brief stint of powerlifting in grad school, and then in my profession I have to maintain a certain fitness level. However, I was struggling after my first pregnancy which had a less than ideal birth process which left my body and mental health in a very poor state. I had a lot of difficulty getting back into a consistent fitness routine to get back my strength and endurance and healthy mindset. I began my post-partum journey with long walks with my baby and very light body weight resistance training with minimal equipment at home but I was not consistent with my program. I was yo-yo dieting all over the place and cranky from caloric restrictions. I thought back to when I was the most successful and consistent-- high school sports. I really thrived when I had no choice-- exercise 5-6 days a week, under unrelenting orders of our coaches, a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises, and a relatively guilt-free diet as I was constantly working out. Part of me cringed thinking about it as I definitely had a love-hate relationship with my high school coaches. I decided to give in and try a structured program and found Fit Body which also had an added bonus of being close to my home. Similar to high school sports, the classes are available 6 days a week and with a variety of exercises that address all parts of the body and also address cardiovascular endurance and strength training. I started off very lightly going only 2-3 times a week and then over time have made it a priority to go 6 days a week and sometimes doing two-a-days, somewhat forcing myself to those "Hell Weeks" we had in high school. I've been going relatively consistently since the start of this year and cannot say enough good things about this place. There enough classes around the clock starting at 5AM and going all the way up to 7:45PM that it can be convenient and workouts are about 40-45 mins which include warm-up, 10-12 exercises performed 3 sets x30-45 sec, 2-3 min after burner drill, and 2-3 min stretch cool down. The coaches are great and make an effort to push you harder and keep you going even when you feel gassed out. There are also periodic 6-week long challenges tracked by inBody measurements for body fat and lean mass measurements (yes, I know it's not perfect but we compare apples to apples). They also are knowledgeable about diet and supplements and can provide some general advice on what macros to focus on. Since the beginning of the year when I started, I've lost 10lbs and felt much stronger and have much more endurance to take care of my baby. I can also run my mile loop around my hilly neighborhood without feeling winded or stopping! I'm learning to focus less on losing weight as a number as now I'm more interested in building lean mass and having a good balance of fitness and getting to eat the foods that I enjoy consistently rather than trying to force myself to be in a very restrictive diet. I feel much better mentally as well and have always felt the benefits of physical exercise releasing the good feeling endorphins. I have to say thank you very much to the coaches that have been so helpful-- Marissa, Justin, Michelle, Carolina, Victoria, and Sebastien!!

Somehow the coaches that actually get people motivated , they find a way to driveway. instead they bring in people that have no idea what they are doing and can't properly demonstrate workouts .
