The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.

Later, I found out those springs were actually used parts from a scrap yard and were already worn out. Now I have to spend another $195 to buy the correct, new springs myself. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and honesty was extremely disappointing. If you're considering getting a lift kit or any serious work done, go somewhere else you'll save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches.
