Then on Monday morning Ted Spaulding himself called me and now the process is in place. Having just finished up with a tv lawyer on another accident situation I can tell you that going with the biggest in the state of ga is probably not in your best interest especially if you care about communication as I do. To me that's paramount because in the profession I came from I had to do it with excellence if I cared about getting paid which I did as I was on full commission. So in short I would highly recommend this firm. Now a few weeks later the car is in the shop being repaired and the process is moving along of course with the medical side of things now. His whole staff is incredible, truly a pleasure to work with especially when you're experiencing this situation again.

Casey represented me in a complicated accident case involving 4 vehicles. The Insurance companies tried to shift blame and not cover my injuries. Casey got right to work and made sure those at fault were held responsible. I truly appreciated his compassion for my pain and suffering. A super genuine guy who truly cares about what his clients are going through. He is as real as they come -- fair, dedicated, and etremely knowledgeable about the law and your options. Casey has been a tremendous help in dealing with insurance companies following a traumatizing…read moreaccident last August. Originally I wasn't sure if my situation even warranted an attorney... I had this foolish notion that since the other guy was a nice guy and made a mistake any of us could've made, I shouldn't touch litigation or try to get money out of the deal. Please, do not make the same mistake I almost did... After being highly recommended by a close friend, I called Casey and agreed to meet up with him. While I had also contacted another attorney (a current judge in neighboring city) to meet up the day after, at lunch with Casey I changed my mind, and signed paperwork on the spot. In person, he doesn't give off the impression of a lawyer (that's a good thing!) but when you start seeing the paperwork his office starts sending, you know he knows what he's doing. At this time, we've gotten the maximum payout from the other guy's insurance, and are now continuing to go through my own insurance for more. If you want an attorney that gives you the impression that your situation is about helping you, and not just fighting another company, Casey is the one to go to.
