I was given too Tanisha who was HORRIBLE in communication. The company apparently in response to a message turned me over to Sylvia who ASSURED me she would communicate to me. Well, after contacting the Georgia Bar and getting directions of how to file a complaint, I attempted. The hoops I jumped thru to try and do this, you'd think an attorney devised them (OH, THEY PROBABLY DID) I just kept calling her and informed her of my review and call to the Bar. She perked up and communicated like twice. So , I ended up calling the insurance company and finding out what I had to do ( apparently Sylvia was incapable) and the Medicare office taking me a full day of which I should bill Sylvia (we know how that would work out). So I did what Sylvia should have done, texted Sylvia, still no reply. So I called Sylvia and told her I was going to write a 2nd review ( HI Sylvia) and CALL the GA. BAR. Called the Bar, left message. If they call me back, I will inform them of me doing Sylvia's job. DON'T CHOOSE THIS LAW GROUP.
