OMG, what a nightmare. The worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life and I am not a young man.I have the misfortune of owning a Samsung Galaxy S4. It was not working properly so Samsung asked me to send it for repairs to SBE, their repair agent. Got the phone back, same problem continued, asked to send it back to repair center again.Received the phone back would not work. Phoned Samsung customer support, requested to speak to a supervisor but the Samsung supervisors are not there to help the customer but to have an easy life. Was informed, could not speak to the supervisor. Phone no written down but no one phoned next day phoned again, supervisor did not want to speak to me. Cut long story short, again asked to send the phone back to the repair center. Got the phone back but would not even turn on. On close inspection found that there was a hair line crack in the screen. Phoned Samsung, again asked to send it back to the repair center. Sent the phone back to the repair center, SBE the worse company on this planet, received an email that I will have to pay for repairs.
For goodness sake as soon as I received the phone back from you I phoned Samsung and informed that phone was not working because it had a broken screen. Now asked to send the packing material back to take the matter up with the post office because this would have happened in post. Sent the packing back. No communication whatsoever. Phoned SBE, no reply, sent emails, no reply.Phoned Samsung but no help. phone escalation team but no joy. eventually phone got sent back to me without having been repaired. As a matter of principle gave the case to my solicitor. he wrote to Samsung on 12 the Nov 2015 and it is 23 today but he is still waiting a reply. We will have no choice but to take Samsung to the county court for a hefty compensation and a replacement phone.
I am a local Mayor so My phone is a vital part of my job. almost two months and have not got a phone.
Samsung just want you to buy their product and if it goes wrong then throw it away and buy a new one.
My screams and cries of help have been falling on completely deaf ears. I have never ever experienced such problems with either Nokia or I Phone. I think it my punishment to buy a Samsung product. I will spread the word around and warn people not to buy Samsung products.
Once you have bought their product and you have parted with your money, that is it, they do not want to know you. Supervisors and managers think that they are next to God and do not want to speak to you no matter how much you insist on it.
Still No phone. Will purchase another one and then ask the Court to make a judgement against Samsung. I do not think it will worry them. They rather pay a hefty fine and compensation but would not repair my phone which would have only cost them around £70 pounds.
