Iv went one week without my Zanussi washer dryer and it feels like a year, I called a company out the news post leader and the gentleman was very rude and his advice after just LOOKING at it .. not testing anything was buy a new one. But I wanted it fixed as its been a reliable washer dryer of a family of 5 for years now, I called forrester's and they came out within 30 minutes! The gentleman was very polite, well spoken and got straight on with testing every wire and sensor ... needless to say within 1 hour he had my washer dryer up and working like new, and cost no where near the price of a new washer!!
