Today, June 20,…read more2026, I returned a few items and was met with the cruelest customer service I have ever encountered. I am mobile, by a scooter, and need help with mobility. So, I cannot use the dressing room and at times items that I try on need to be returned. I also have a service dog. The sales person denied my return because there was a dog hair on a dark green top and the tag came off and was in the bag. All receipts were in the bag and nothing was damaged or worn. The manager was next to her and was chiming in and said she was allergic to dogs, while holding up the top and making fun of it like it was going to bite her, it was very embarrassing, dramatic and I was speechless. The associate was so flustered that she couldn't even input my information in the register. I would warn anyone with disabilities not to enter this store as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this humiliation and be a target of your uncontrolled situation. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Went there on May 3rd and I did two purchases for what was supposed to be 5 total ounces. When I got home I noticed one of the bags that was supposed to be 28g, was actually 14g. I contacted customer service and sent pics of my receipts and the bags that I got and they told me they looked at the camera and my transaction was correct. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? so your telling me that my eyes and the actual items in my physical possession are incorrect, but you looking at camera footage shows I got what I was supposed to. Jars is basically screwing me over for a half OZ and even with photos to show they were wrong, customer service wont admit they messed up. There are a dozen dispensaries in new buffalo, will def need to find a new one if this is how Jars treats their long time diamond customer.

New DSW.. So I suppose I should cut it some slack. The place…read moredid have all of the usual, a nice, large selection. I always search for shoes more than 40% off, but I guesss they're too new for the shoes to be that low priced. Everything is well priced all together. Once again, they're new, so I expected them to be a bit understaffed. I didn't really have anyone help me or the people next to me, so I think they'll need some new hires. I know I a man and don't usually want help, but, I've said this before, I'm not the July one that'll go here.

They have a wide variety of well-priced shoes, not only on the main floor, but also over in clearance. Not only do they sell shoes, but they also have a good variety of other accessories like bags and scarves for men and women alike! This location recently popped up in the new strip mall, so it is at the top of the line in appearance, which made me feel like I was shopping at a store more upscale than the prices reflected! 5 stars in this aspect! The customer service that the employees provided was great, I felt like they were there if I needed them to be, but they weren't overly stalkerish. They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. All in all, I will continue to come back to DSW locations. If all of them are as good as this one, then they win in my book!

Casey was working, thank goodness! After trying herself to activate them she had to call for help. She was transferred multiple times (they told her I didn't have the phones yet, though they were in front of her!) but never gave up. Casey stayed 2 1/2 hours after the store was supposed to close to get my new phones (4) activate and working. NO ONE ever gives this kind of customer service! Casey went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND helping me. Unfortunately I have had more issues since with billing and AGAIN Casey has helped ABOVE and BEYOND!! My experience with Verizon has not been the best with phone activation and billing, but Casey has been my rock through it. If it hadn't been for her, I probably would have said adios. Thank you Casey!!
